We were having a concern with an electrical issue and called Pivot Electric. We got a response right away!Ike was very personable, and took the time to listen to us. He was very reassuring. He told us when he would be by to look at it and was there when he said he would be.As a woman it can be frustrating when contractors come over when my husband isn't there, as they don't often think that I can understand the problem or the solution. Ike didn't talk down to me. He explained the problem and the steps needed to happen to resolve it in clear language, was professional, and I would recommend him for electrical work without hesitation. He definitely has a lot of experience and it shows in his knowledge of the possible causes of the issues we are facing.

Hired this group twice this year, once for dusk till dawn floodlight installations on my shop and to add a new outlet, and another time to install my backup generator. The guys are rad to deal with and were always willing to come out and walk me through quotes and the jobs. Work is professional and always looks fantastic when they are done.
