Great service. On time. Delivery service technician very knowledgeable.

Superior Propane is not worthy of your business. I would not even give this company 1 star.My husband called when our tanks were at 40% full to ensure we would receive a delivery in good time. Superior did not deliver adequate service and allowed our tanks to run dry.When we called the company to be put on an emergency list, the staff told us to run the taps and turn on space heaters.After 2 days of waiting and calling the company, a sale representative told me that other companies were having the same problems. I called other companies and they were not having these same issues.It is very upsetting that Superior feels the need to lie to their customers and not deal with the problems facing their customers head on.Do not bother with this company!

Our service was impeccable with Superior, from delivery to on the phone. We're so happy we went with them. No worries ever!! Thank you for your great service always.

Do not go with this company!Our family has been in the cold, in the middle of Canadian winter for 5 days (yes 5 days!!). We haven't ordered from Superior as we just moved into a home with propane. I guess the contract expired and it was on a Will Call, we received no information or communication from them. Superior informed us they could come today to fill it up, but it would be $350 PLUS the propane. It was 7 days before Christmas, extra money isn't what is there. They assured us they would be able to fit us in, in one of there routes, however could not tell us what day that even would be. They kept saying the coordinator would call us back, but they never did. If we waited for Superior our young family would have been without heat 10 days, and over Christmas. Superior does not care for their customers (unless you are a huge customer of theirs) they don't care you are freezing, they don't care that it is your only source of heat, they will not try to fit you in. DO NOT go with this company!!! There are plenty of other companies that offer lower prices and better customer care that would love your business.

Staff are prompt, courteous and efficient; what more could you ask for from your supplier!

I am very sadisfied I recamend this service it is liable and fantasic service you can get all your information on there app if you have question they can help and take the time to make sure you understand your question

Their technician came to inspect the tanks when transferring from another company, they were leaking and he missed the leak from the tank. Stated that the line needed to be dug up and that's where it was leaking. Payed to got that done to find out the line was not leaking. They credited the amount I payed for someone to come out and replace the line. Excellent customer service, the guy that inspected the tanks, not good at all. Also at the time they had a promotion where you get 500L of free propane, can't beat that!

Auto scheduling has been very effective this heating season. We receive advises that a deliver is being scheduled and The delivery occurred on or before the date provided. Excellent.

Our tank was reading at 4% 23 hrs ago!What happened to Superior Propane in Ontario Canada?Unable to get a representative sending a delivery!Every agent is saying something else and im the mean time my pipes going to freeze within 24 hours.We are definitely switching a company!

Service has been pretty good so far. I have been trying to resolve an issue whereby the driver filled the tanks next door and billed my account. Chat does not work, stayed on hold for an hour and was told someone would contact me, that was back in mid December, no contact yet. Sent an email through the customer service address, no response. The invoice is going past due and it is not my invoice due to driver error. I need to resolve this issue ASAP!Follow up took place shortly after posting the review, issue was resolved within a few days and direct contact information was provided should any further issues arise.Good follow up and I now have an avenue to contact someone directly.Thank you Superior!
