I love going in and looking around. The sales help however I don't often get much besides the canned cat food mu cats like. It's consistently affordable.

The last cpl times I've been there and needed help the staff were miserable, cranky and rude. Perhaps some customer service training needs to be reviewed. Likely won't be shopping there anytime again soon. The cashiers as well are often rude and unfriendly. It doesn't hurt to be nice and if you hate your job so much do something about it.

We purchased our Napoleon BBQ earlier in May,they had a wrong price on Display that store manager was kind enough to acknowledge the error and he honoured the price. Great customer service

Don’t really leave reviews but I was in today grabbing some storage bins and saw a dog bed set for $4.49 and got super excited to grab a deal. I went to the register and the sale price wasn’t showing up. After going back and taking a picture, even the cashier understood what I’m seeing, I waited around 15 minutes for them to tell me it’s a wrong tag and when I said how would I know and they should honour their mistake I was told I should’ve read the item number and description properly because it doesn’t match. I’m not sure what shopper stands and reads the product numbers for every item to make sure it’s okay when the thing says “dog holiday pack” and the thing I’m buying is a dog bed pack in a holiday print. They can go back and change it to the correct thing but I shouldn’t be told to match codes to tags while shopping snd should’ve honoured my time for their mistake.

Went in to file my application and verifying it for my credit card from themWent in to just make a complaint to the owner he didn't like what I said and physically punched me more than several times. To the point other customers had to intervene to stop him. Listen, I just went to make a complaint there was no no ever legitimate excuse when working in that Canadian Tire uniform to lay physical hands and punch a customer because you didn't like my compliant! Completely outrageous. Taking it to the law. Ironically happened on Friday the 13 last year. Horrible customer service to say the least!!!!!!!!

Ordered a blender for curbside pickup, it was loaded into my trunk by staff, and I came home to find the box completely smashed in. Absolutely disgusted to be taken advantage of this way while trying to stay safe during a pandemic. I've had multiple customer service issues with this location over the years years, but this is it for me. This is a Christmas present, and now I have to explain why their present looks like it's been kicked down a flight of stairs. I'll never give Canadian Tire my money again.

Good Good morning everyone, just wanted to say that this store was very busy. I really liked it. Stuff was really good but the prices were very, very expensive. I can't believe they are a big deal. Lineups were and there was hurting anyone working at the cashier. It was only one cashier self checkouts for unavailable and customer service was not the greatest but all of a sudden done. It is Canada. So are you expect?

I went to Canadian Tire as it was the only place I could buy Goo Gone.I'm on the south side of Belleville and we have Peavey and Home Hardware. No one had Goo Gone.Canadian Tire had a nice sounding lady who was a real person on the phone and looked for me and found what I was looking for and advised it was available and on sale.I went up, found easily what I was looking for, paid up and went home.Good shopping experience except I didn't get points as I have no points card. I used to get Canadian Tire money paying with cash. Now you only get what you buy. Sad!
