TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I had a wonderful experience at this branch recently. I was in the area and needed to process payments on behalf of my deceased father's account. The Branch Manager, Daniel, went above and beyond to assist me with this process when I ran into challenges related to the set-up of my Dad's estate account - as did two of his staff members. During a difficult time, the sensitive and timely assistance of this branch made a big and positive impact on my life. Daniel and Team, thanks for your speedy help and wonderful communication.

Found that some of employees lack compassion... was hard to watch and listen to. All though the Bank Manager ( Yale Location ) resolved issue fast and in a somewhat nice fashion. I chose to close account after advice from the public 4 hours later. All said you should close your account. Try to stay kind people and learn more compassion. I will give the one teller credit, she agreed with me, and said to herself how can this happen! I think she was new! She gets 5 stars!

Personal banking rep was totally unprepared for a scheduled meeting to settle an estate. Wasted my time and needed to reschedule to when he informes himself on procedures and process.

Customer service at this branch is extremely disappointing. One teller in particular is always rude and condescending towards me and my sister. I try being extra nice to avoid this, yet it always happens. I never have any tricky asks, I only ever go to the bank to withdraw money. I hadn't been to this branch for years and would be willing to drive the extra 15 mins if it meant not having to deal with this teller. I ended up having to go to this branch a few days ago and it was the same old horrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and drive to the Cottonwood branch instead, everyone there is so kind!

Terrible customer service. As a business account holder with TD. It should not be difficult to do a wire transfer or a direct deposit when the information was provided to the clerk. Maybe a new guy behind the desk but shrugging it off as not my problem here is your information to send to them is the most unprofessional solution.

Poor service .... Really poor. It's a weird thing really. My home branch in Abbotsford is exceptional. Having been a customer for decades and traveled across Canada a great deal. The song remains the same. Do yourself a favor and skip the snooty management and use the online Application or Telephone. . . The telephone reps are truly exceptional.

It's unbelievable, they don't have business line.It's my first time having this experience.Why TD doesn't have similar standards in all branches.

The lady that was helping my disabled mother was very snotty with us. My mother can barely walk on her own, she was asking about options rather than standing in line, girl said no options just come sit down at desk if available, just very cold and unsympathetic. When they were done the lady walked away and started doing something else before my mother stood up, l went over and just asked a question about my mother doing online banking. She rolled her eyes threw down what she was doing and went back to desk. I couldnt believe it, l said never mind if u r too busy. I was only asking about it. I will never deal with TD for this reason and so many people feel the same way.

The reason why I rate a 5 is because of this one employee that works there. His name is Marcus. He’s incredibly awesome, kind, and generous. He will definitely try his best to get the things you need to be done in the bank. I recommend him highly.

Absolutely disappointing between the condescending lady lady I spoke with about my card To the limits that were supposed to be changed that were not changed. Everything I've heard about TD bank is true, absolutely garbage. I've been a customer for 2 days now, I'll be looking somewhere else.
