Priority Mechanical just did what the city gas service had recommended, and so they saved me about $800. The two workmen arrived in really good time, and were informative and did the repair on the spot. Thanks very much!

Priority mechanical makes being a homeowner so much easier and what really sets them apart is their amazing team and customer service. From the time I put in a call or request, I get a prompt reply and they are able to send techs out within a timely manner. Every person I have come across at priority mechanical has been a pleasure to deal with. They answer all of my questions with knowledge and go into detail to explain things. Pricing in my opinion is very reasonable. Everyone including the installation techs are very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The level of customer service they bring always makes me feel reassured my heating and AC systems are being taken care of. I especially appreciate that they take the time to find options and solutions to the issues at hand which made me feel that they truly care about the both the customer and the value they bring to the table. I am very happy with the service Rick provided especially in explaining the situation and option. I am also very happy with the exceptional service and communication both Braeden and Ryan provided throughout the process of installing my new AC. Called Priority for an AC quote and Kyle was there same day.Unit was installed by two young technicians who were very friendly and knowledgeable.Very pleased with Priority and recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Awesome workmanship. The two fellas who did the work Craig and Jeremy were very polite and are highly trained technicians. A great team. Pricing was on par with others but I picked Priority because of their reputation which to me is 10 out of 10 and the high quality of the product Trane.

After realizing we needed a new furnace and air conditioner, Priority Mechanical was our obvious choice. From the initial quote to the final touches of installation, we were extremely pleased with every facet of the process. Our quote from Steve was competitive and the commitment on installation date was met. Our installers, Tyler and Sheahan, worked very hard and at the end of the day we had everything working perfectly. We discovered an issue with our rental hot water heater and after days of no hot water and no resolution from our previous provider, we discovered Priority Mechanical also sells and installs these. Needless to say, we went ahead and ordered one with Brandon (who was a Godsend through all of this). Expecting installation the next day, we were beyond thrilled to see Tyler and Sheahan show up to do the venting followed by Ryan and Brayden with the water tank. All of these gentlemen were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. It was very refreshing to witness such a wonderful work ethic from such young individuals. They worked together seamlessly and Priority should be proud to have them on their team. We are so thrilled with every aspect of our experience with Priority Mechanical and we would highly recommend their professional services to anyone!

I called Priority Mechanical to install a new cold climate heat pump in my house. Kyle was quick to come and review my situation, send me an estimate and answer my questions. Braden and Ryan who installed the unit were both very polite, professional and did a very clean install even given some challenging circumstances. I’m very happy with my experience and would not hesitate to call Priority in the future.

We recently had Priority Service our 2 gas fireplace units. One needed some TLC and other a replacement pilot light assembly. Form the second I contacted them they were extremely responsive and very polite and friendly. Setting up a time to meet for service was quick and accommodating. Both service techs that came were very friendly and knowledgeable. Randy gave me a full rundown of what he did the replace the pilot light assembly and then general maintenance for the future. Offered info into cleaning the CO detectors and answered any questions I had. Extremely positive experience will definitely call again as needed.

I would highly recommend these folks! Have used them for furnace and AC work several times. They are consistently professional, prompt, courteous, efficient, and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. And at a good price.

All done over phone after initial assessment.
