Terrible insurance company . If you have a claim ….. good luck .Hold times are over an hour on the phone .Brokers and adjusters just hang up the phone on you , and you wait all over againHad the adjuster Robert Gori , of “Pafco” left him 5 voicemail messages and he never returned 1 phone call , nor did he reply to 2 emails sent .I would not recommend this company. You will definitely regret it !!!Truck has been in the body shop and the manager of Gus Revenberg is still waiting to hear back …. And its been sitting there for 7 weeks and he has not heard a peep either .Disgusted to say the least

Horrible experience with this insurance brokerage. Would give zero stars if I could!Account managers and support staff are dismissive of concerns and condescending.Switch to another Insurance and saving hundreds of dollars a month on my premiums.
