Terrible. Tried using the touch screen to do my order. Would not complete the transaction. Wait over 15 mins for my food. Than my quarter pounder was cold. Poor service. Second visit $8 for small orange juice and a sausage McMuffin hash brown. Didn't it use to be medium drink ? Went in to place order this time. Place was filthy by the drink dispenser. Not sure why you need to fill your own drinks can't eat inside anyways. Clearly cleaning is not a priority Aug 20 2020

Ordered fish and chips at 3:30am, I know it's late but you should be able to expect the same quality at this time as any other. When I got my order it was completely dry and hard due to being refried instead of being made fresh.. fries were also dry and chewy, absolutely disgusting...

The service at this location can be hit and miss. Sometimes you are waiting an extra 10 mins for the wrong order but sometimes they can be fast. Not the best spot

They missed an entire happy meal, and the quality is a mess. Called since my app wouldnt work to review my meal, and of course theres nothing they can do to help. One of my children just doesnt get a happy meal i paid for now.

Of course I love McDonalds like everyone else, food was good as always but the lady working here on the front counter has short purple hair, not sure of her name but she was screaming and yapping the whole time I was there and using very inappropriate language about customers. Will not eat in here again

I ordered 2 sausage and cheese McMuffins and a hash brown. Within4 hours of eating it I was violently ill. Both ends. Went to urgent care and was told it was most likely food poisoning. They said I should contact middlesex health and report it.

Ordered a large fry with my combo when we got home it was literally below the half way mark. Basically where the M is at the front it was below the M, checked to see if the fries fell in bag and other than a solo fry there were no others. This happened Feb 26th, around 3:20 p.m in drive through. Tried calling and of course no one answers. *update* finally got a hold of someone and they say they will be sending meal coupons in the mail.

Went to take Wife & Granddaughter there, Got a Plastic # tag for them to Deliver the Tray to the Table. They Didn't! I heard them call the # on the Reciept, I went up & picked up the tray. The Plastic # Tag I shoved under the Seat we were at. Customer Service Sucks. Won't go back there anymore

Waste fries.. Cold as ice.. I used to work in a fast food restaurant.. Waste is waste you can't sell it to customers!
