Just want to give a big shoutout to Adriano, our sales rep and Ivan and Alex for installing our windows. We just moved into our new townhouse and wanted to reinstall the windows for our bedroom and basement. They have a massive showroom where they showed us every variation and how it would affect our home and once they came in to do it, they were gone before I even knew they came! All in all, great service and product.

Had an install date of Apr17,18&19. After a delay and then an awesome remedy from George at Vancouver Canadian Choice windows and doors I am very pleased with the results. The installers were topnotch. Excellent installation. The front door installation is amazing. Very happy with Canadian Choice windows and doors. Good work guys.

Was doing a renovation for my living room and chose Canadian Choice. Great variety, free quote and lifetime warranty made me choose them. The installation team did come a bit late, but they apologized and got the job done in a couple hours. Now the architectural windows make the living room feel twice as big as before.

Extremely satisfied by the products, installation and customer service. The sales rep's product knowledge was impressive and attention to detail was great (even showed up on installation day to ensure everything was running smoothly and actually hand cleaned all the new glazing himself).The installers were very professional, fast, and efficient! The new windows/door look like they belong to the house. Couldn't be happier with the finished result!Everyone was quick to respond to questions and immediately addressed any concerns we may have had.Thanks for the beautiful upgrades to our home!

My parents have been living in an old home for some time and they need their old window models replaced for the hot summers to save on the AC. When talking to Adriano, all our worries disappeared. He patiently went through everything in the showroom with us and explained the best model for our use. The install crew came in 5 weeks and refitted the entire bungalow in 2 days. Great work!

The quality of the Windows and install team was great. I gave it 1 less star less as I felt the customer service communication could of been better. I Would of given it 3 stars if it was not for George who helped completed the remaining task. Thank you George.
