previous contractor said the inducer motor was bad, which has happened before, but he couldn't locate the part. I located the part and had my property manager meet them on site. Tech said no it was the ignitor. Replaced it and it ran for an hour or so. No heat again. charged $350 and didn't fix it. Bad guess. Won't come back now, sorry. I won't use them again.
