I have been floating at Tidal Elements for a couple years. My recent float was one of the most relaxing, peaceful and rejuvenating experiences I have had. A float at Tidal is very relaxing. The hour was up before you know it, I think I’ll need the 90 minute next time. My muscles released and my mind was freed from the daily. Will definitely be booking more time in the float chamber.

My Husband and I had such a relaxing, meditative and healing experience at Tidal Elements. For starters, the space is absolutely beautiful and worth just walking in the door to see what is going on. It has been designed uniquely with all curved walls though out; it makes you feel like you are being hugged the minute you walk in the door. My husband and I went in to float. We have floated many times in many places. We love floating as it has so many benefits like super soft skin, pain remedy and relaxation. Although we have floated lots, we have never Tandem" floated. That's right

Walking into Tidal Elements, I could feel the healing energy. Previously, I have had life-changing cranial sacral sessions. Most recently, I experienced the Float Tank. A total rejuvenation! I felt old injuries were given a chance to heal, and the peacefulness was out of this world. I came out a new person ready to tackle the world. Highly recommended!

I love the staff, love the vibe, location seems well-kept and maintained, secure.I've had one amazing float here, one that was a bit noisy, but I'm open to trying it again because it was still a very enjoyable experience.My only disappointment is having to pay each yoga instructor separately. It would be much more convenient to buy a pass if it were valid for more than one teacher. It would be perfect if i could buy a pass from the studio and use it toward any class that I'd like to attend.I love the one class\instructor that i currently attend, so until further notice, i will happily continue to come here for her classes :)

Only good things to say about Tidal!I really enjoyed my float, the space is perfect for tuning out and relaxing, the room was spotless and overall had a peaceful vibe.the yoga studio space is awesome, so quiet for how busy the downtown can be, the stained glass doors are beautiful from inside with the light shining through.Thanks Tidal team, for all that you do!

Since visiting this beautiful, peaceful clinic, I have been treated so wonderfully and with loving care. I have had body work by at least three therapists with different modalities. I try and visit once a week and always welcomed so warmly. They offer many classes of wellness too. Check out their offerings. Thank you my dear friends for taking care of me.
