Excellent customer service by Raylene, she went above and beyond when we brought in our dog to help fit a collar. She had incredible patience with the dog and gave him some treats!

Absolutely love this store,lots of different choices in foods for your pets.staff is super friendly and helpful. This store is very clean and organized also there is a place to bath your dogs.i believe its 10 dollars and everything is there.

Upon going to pick up our regular purchase of Ultra Grain and Lamb Dog Food we were told it was DISCONTINUED : NO STOCK, NO WARNING What gives ? that was a special diet for our dogs very sensitive digestive system. NOT Impressed with recieving the news that way.I am still trying to find out what to do. No one there offered any info or substitute .

Whoa snotty young cashier with glasses. I asked about the coupon book that I received a few weeks ago. She said that was only if you have a new pet not just for the fun of it, I wish it was but it isn't. Uncalled for. I didn't know, it was an honest question. I am not too happy.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good selection of higher quality cat food and litter. And one of the only places in town that carries live cat grass.

There is a “store pet” he is a fish that should be kept in a 100 gallon aquarium at least. he is kept in subpar conditions in a tank way to small. we asked about it and we’re told there is nothing we can do, if you have a problem wait until february to take it up with the manager. on top of that there was very little selection of fish and the staff were not very helpful. definitely won’t be returning.

Took my older dog in for a bath, he is not good with other dogs, the girls were so accommodating and lovely!! Charlie and I will definitely be back

This is a very big pet valu, and they had everything I needed and more. The prices are good, the store is well laid out and easy to navigate, and the staff are exceptional. Thank you for carrying my load to my car-you didn't have to do that, but I appreciate it very much! Five stars

Customer service and friendliness can be a tough one to teach a new employee. Maybe a friendly staff could be around to say hello and have a nice day until the rookie is more comfortable and catches on. I know it's the staffing issue these days.
