A.T. Nails

This was my best experience at a nail salon!!(Usually I leave a nail salons thinking that I could’ve done a better job.)Today, I had Lan. Her attention to detail is better than my own. She was also great to talk to (and I was her last appointment).In short: I won’t be going anywhere else!

Excellent experience and a beautiful acrylic set from Lan (she is SO detailed). Decor is lovely with a huge tv. I like that you can book and modify online and they have text reminders. I have found my spot.I also love that they insist on masks and temperature checks. 5 star. Thanks for operating safely.

We got an basic mani and pedi by the technicians: Lydia, Carolyn and Tina. Absolutely loved the service. Thiu is super sweet and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

Always a great experience! Attentive front desk and so much colours and patterns and service options. Bonus are the new massaging chairs.

First time doing my nails. My nails were not in good condition because I bite them all the time. But Lan was did a great job with the fake tips and made it look exactly like what I showed in the picture. Overall happy with the service and the price.

Pretty satisfied with how Lydia did my pedicure, very thorough and spends time to patiently clean my toes. The last time I went to this salon, they were charging $25 for pedicure. I understand that because of the pandemic and inflation, they have increased their charge tremendously to $38. But if you pay cash, they will not charge you the tax. There’s ample parking spots and some restaurants in the same plaza that you can try in case you get hungry. Receptionist was also very friendly.

My go-to nail spot! The ladies all take amazing care of you and are so great at duplicating any nail design you show them.

Would not recommend A.T nails - especially if you’re looking for a standard lacquer manicure. My whole experience was subpar.I booked an appointment for 12:15 and received a phone call at 11:55 asking me to come earlier with no explanation provided and limited time to change my plans to accommodate the request. When I got there, I was asked by a staff member why I wasn’t doing a shellac manicure instead and told that the regular lacquer is not good and “only lasts 2-3 days”. Keep in mind, this is a service A.T. Nails continues to provide and charge for.The nail service itself was also poor. I was not asked what shape I would like my nails when filed. Cuticle trimming was sloppy, and rough to the point that one of my cuticles was cut and bled for the rest of the appointment. The nail colour was applied patchy and unevenly. One of my nails was bumped by the technician when she took me to the fan, and she rushed through the reapplication so that nail was textured when dry.When I let the staff at the desk know that I was not happy and would not like to pay full price, I was told that it was “just one of the nails”, and that it was “probably harder to use that polish”. I told the staff that they should not have a nail polish available if they can’t use it well on a paying client. I was offered a 20% discount and had to fight to only pay half price for the service, when I had already let them know that I would be removing the polish at home.There’s also a sign offering $5 off for a Google review, so I’d be wary of some of the 5 star reviews.
