eevee's (e-Scooters, EUCs, e-Skates, Onewheels + more)

I bought my partner and I 2 EUC’s back in August 2022, they were both V10’s. Within 2 months, my partners wheel popped. Apparently, this isn’t covered under the warranty which I thought was weird.Fast forward to May 2023 my tire did the same thing. I tried to call twice, nobody answered. I reached out to support, they took 3 days to report back and I asked for a discount on the repair given the fact that both tires popped in less than a year, again nothing. It cost about $240 to repair, on top of spending $2200 on the wheel itself. It’s not like I’m off roading, I literally just ride the seawall…I’m not one to write bad reviews, especially because the owners were great through the process of buying the wheel, but I just am disappointed that there is no coverage! Especially in less than a year of use.

Lukas, you are awesome! I had a problem with my scooter but he made sure that I'll have a great experience with Eevee's. He replaced my defective unit with a new one. Make sure to contact him first if you have any issues with your EUCs, escooter or eskateboard. He is the guy! He wil be happy to help you.

Great friendly service! New to escooters, they were patient and took the time to explain everything to me, talked about different models, and went for a test ride. Everything was so easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

The Pros: I enjoyed the EUC lesson, great for first timers! I have recommended it to friends to try. The staff helped me and my partner choose the right EUC for us.The Cons: All happened after purchase. Both my EUC and my partner’s EUC tires needed replacement less than a year of use (less than 200k total - seawall only use). The first repair cost about $250 this was after 2 months of use. The replacement tire was thicker and felt better quality than the stock one. This leads me to believe that the original tires had some type of defect. When it came time to contact the evee’s staff for the second repair that’s when things left a sour taste in my mouth. They didn’t answer the phone and took 3 days to reply to the online chat. And no- this was not over Canada long weekend. Their website (at the time*) said we could drop the EUC for repair at their Gastown location (where we bought it) we told the support this and they still insisted we bring it to the Burnaby location. We live maybe 4 blocks away from their Gastown location so this was quite frustrating. It wasn’t until we threatened to take this conversation to someone higher up the chat agent gave in and said we could take it to Chinatown to be repaired. *As of now their website warranty page has been updated to say repairs are to be dropped off in Burnaby. I still don’t see where it says “tires are excluded from warranty”, so to potential customers- this is the disclaimer I wish I had.Important: After doing some digging to write this review I discovered that INMOTION Canada offers tire/ tube repair for 3 months after purchase. (Check their website!)

Nicky was extremely helpful, super personable. Walked us through how the e-scooter worked, where to go in the area and suggested a place for me to practice on the e-scooter. Would definitely come back and rent again! Thank you Nicky!

I'm in Southwestern Ontario, and I was a bit concerned with spending ~$4k on an online store based in BC. I called and got Mikey answering. He was awesome!He has ridden EUCs before and knows what he is talking about. He answered all my questions and explained their warranty process, which seems to be better than other Canadian-based online stores. I also called a second time because I had extra doubts, and he answered them as well.I hope that I don't have to use the warranty, but I felt that eevee's would be much easier to reach if I ever had any concerns.I've just ordered an Inmotion V11 + Honeycomb Peddles (my first EUC as well, but rode an esk8 board for sometime). Will update this review talking about the shipping time (was told 5 business days) and the condition it comes in.

Beautiful store! Lots of selection and great friendly staff! Lukas (Co-founder of Eevee's) was really awesome to deal with! We came in head strong on the Apollo brand. He showed us the pros and cons of Both Apollo and Kaabo. We ended up picking up a Kaabo Mantis 8 and Mantis 10! But credit goes to their dog Koda! The cuteness sealed the deal haha!! Great store, fantastic service and greats after purchase care for customer and device!
