This paint store HAS TO BE the VERY BEST paint store in the City of London. You get incredible, personalized service. Amazing paint products. I have never seen staff who go so out of their way to be helpful, whether it's picking a paint colour, getting a custom colour done or any other paint or stain problems that you need help with. I would NOT go anywhere else, unless I absolutely had to. There is no comparison at all in quality of paints and quality of service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They are very nice and helpful but in my case unfortunately they order inaccurate number of rolls of wallpaper.

The best paint shop in the city. We were in a bit of a bind because of a colour mix-up and Hyde Park came to the rescue. Jenn is a great manager and her customer service skills are impeccable!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Extremely helpful when looking for specific paint chips, asking for colours in a specific broad colour family, recommending type of paint for a specific purpose. Easy to tell that they are well trained in the Benjamin Moore paint line as well as customer service.

Fabulous experience today. We went and picked about a dozen paint chips and sat down in the store with some fabric and materials from our rooms we intend to paint to try to make our decisions. Within two minutes, an employee came over and helped guide our choices. She also found another colour we had not considered prior to match some of the items in the rooms we will be painting. 10 minutes later we had made all our choices and 5 minutes after that we were walking out of the store with our paint. We will definitely be returning here when we decide to paint some more rooms.

Staff was quick to help and kind. They gave us lots of ideas! This store is beautiful. They have lovely decor for sale and have tons of books of wallpaper samples you can “take out” and look through. Will definitely be back.

BEN was extremely helpful, spent a lot of time with me, helping me decide on a shade stain for my dining room table. I have always loved the help and I am willing to pay extra for the care given to me….Happy with my decision I went home and applied the stain to a small area on our table . My husband noticed the colour. Upon investigation we realized that the stain sold to us was not the colour we had purchased.I went back to BEN at Benjamin Moore. At the onset he was apologetic. Then when I said that I was really not happy , explaining just how this error effected me BEN said , “well I spent a lot of time with you. You should have checked the stain on a small area!!!!” He offered to give me a 20% discount. His attitude made me feel that , this compensation was not warranted . When I asked him about that, he said , no other store would spend that amount of time with you. … Wow.Regarding only staining a small area … I said ,”it was a small area , regardless we need to take the table outside to sand “. I said, “ yes I do appreciate the time that you spent helping me … that’s customer service … BEN said , “do you really ???“Wow again. He said he would give me a 20. % discount. He said he was having a bad day.I said , I am sorry that you are having a bad day. BEN said “really , are you ???“BEN obv has some issues . Please work on them. No customer should experience what I did. I will not shop at your store again …BEN was not empathetic to me , . All I wanted was a little understanding. I have always shopped at BM for a personalized experience .FYI I have been a patron at your store for 20 years . So sorry to part this way .

The staff here are incredible. I am from London, but live in Waterloo and I come here to pick my paint up because this store is far and away the best. The staff here will pick the perfect colour for your house and hit the nail on the head every time. The paint quality is great, but the customer service makes this the GO TO place for me.

Simply the best paint store in London. I will drive the extra distance to shop here. Every question I have is always answered by the super staff and the quality of the paint is always amazing.

This Benjamin Moore is a very nice. Its a large store with staff that is extremely helpful. The staff were able to explain hiw colours work with different colours. They offered different options to deal with the questions that I was asking without hesitation.The store is clean and not cluttered.
