Purchased a tv from this store.Was having issues with it and called store. Spoke the Manager, Nick. He told me to bring it back and he would exchange it, no problem. When I got there, I mentioned that I wish I had purchased a bigger one. He gave full credit of original purchase to New TV, which I am very happy with.Will definitely be a return customer.

We went in to Vision Electronics at Dixie and Dundas in Mississauga, Ontario to purchase a Bluetooth speaker. Sana greeted us as we entered the store. We told her what we were looking for and she walked us over to show us what they had. Nick came over to assist and they were both very knowledgeable and polite. We purchased a great little unit and the extended warranty. We have purchased from this location before and, as their prices and service are excellent, we will surely be back.Thanks to Sana and Nick for their excellent service.

We recently went by a Visions for the first time to look at TV options, and we walked out with our dream unit thanks to Yuv. He was incredibly helpful, was not pushy or pressuring, and ensured he did everything possible for us to walk away happy. My first time there today and I'm happy that I went. You just don't get that same one-on-one personalized service at Best Buy or anywhere else. Truth. Staff there were warm, very helpful and know their products. Even the guys who helped me load my purchase to my car were the sweetest guys! Shout out to Kulwinder!! (who didn't let me leave the store unless I get the best value for my money), I'm definitely going back there and recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars! *****

Bought the 2 way remote start for my tundra. Nick and Yuv helped me immensely getting it done today. Very friendly, kind staff that do the job right. Definitely recommend.

I've came to this location a number of times for tv's, home audio, and high end home theater cables. I've always had a great experience. Wanted to mention today I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick. He was straight to the point and easy to deal with. Highly recommend coming here!

Giving three stars. If the product is in stock and price is good buy it. But watch out for the warranty fine print. Great price on a car stereo called to see if in stock yes it is, drive out there and behold not in stock,They said they can get it in a few weeks if I ordered it. So I ordered it waiting for a call month later still no serial two months later still no stereo finally I told them to cancel the order and refund the money to me. They told me I needed to drive in and be in person to get the money back then they call me back and told me that they have my stereo ready for pick up. I asked them if they can install it. They said they would call me back two weeks later still no call back I called them they told me they’re still waiting for the installer schedule. Then they proceeded to tell me that they need to order parts when they’ve never seen my car. They would know that it’s just a straight swap they don’t need parts and now I’m going to cancel the order. Only deal with them. If you can get the product in your hand and out the door customer service is horrible warranty is suspect and procedures are terrible.
