I see they have “padded” all the negative reviews down the page to hide the real ones. This office is a total waste of time . Back in March I was approached by Lindsay Lambert from the office asking me to come down to the office in Toronto regarding an opportunity, after spending an hour in traffic in a snow storm I find out there is not opportunity. What I later found out was that there was no opportunity at hand or even remotely available and it was nothing more than a total waste of time . Over the next few months I would email her for updates and not even a simple replay, she does not reply ...nothing!!What she does expect is you to jump when she says jump when she does call but can’t follow up to simple emails or messages. Fast forward now 10 months later with zero to show for all this effort, I was presented with an opportunity in which I am more than qualified for based on business related sales and background in the industry for 8 years. She finally follows up with me 10 days later and gives a response saying my background is geared more towards residential type sales .... not sure where that came from and that the client felt I was not a fit ..Not only has Lindsey been quite lacking in the ability to follow up and reply but when the opportunity comes up she failed to represent me to the potential client at hand the way I should have been as i more than qualified to fit the opportunity.I would not recommend or trust this company or for that matter Lindsey Lambert , she really feels she is far more important than she is and would not use her for your employment search. Clearly she does not look out for the people she is said to be helping. She is quite good at wasting ones time if you want to go in to meet for nothing. My suggestion, make sure they actually have an opportunity at hand and not just collecting candidates for future use like I feel they have done with my situation. She is without question a total waste of time and effort.There are far better agencies out there !!!

Management team are great, specifically lizanne pape. From the start she helped me get jobs and she made sure if i had any doubts regarding work. I would totally recommend addeco to the people searching for jobs because they are very responsive and honest people.

I would give zero stars if possible. I was originally hired to work for a certain company and then sent to their sister company.The person training me was emotionally abusive, and I was offered no guidance.During my last week, I could overhear people gossiping about me.The most messed up part was after my first two weeks; I spoke up and said if I'm not working out just say so. Which they claimed wasn't true and led me on.Adecco please do better and don't send your clients to abusive workplaces.

I worked 4 weeks and they kicked out half of the warehouse people without even telling one day before saying there is lay out but nobody every called since 2 months.They use you as a toilet paper and throw you somewhere that's what these people are
