The driver arrived and he's a very nice man. Chatted a bit on the way there but also gave me space to be quiet. I arrived at my appointment on time, as well as back home with my pet. The van was spacious so my pet can feel safe, and it was relatively clean. He was nice to help me on and off the van, and making sure my pet will get in and out nicely as well.Overall, a decent experience and a lot easier than me renting a car trying to pick up my pet.

I've used Pet Cab for several years, and am so thankful this service is available to me! I love knowing that my pets and I will arrive safely at vet appointments on time and for a reasonable charge.. and that I don't have to rely on regular 'people' taxis who have sometimes asked me to put my cats in the trunk! If you don't have your own car I would definitely recommend using Ottawa Pet Cab,

I had to take my dog to the vet on a sunday,it was a new vet which was stressful for my dog .This driver is crazy with his driving going in and out of traffic stopping and going. And not to mention we were taken on the scenic route.He is very rude,and what totally blew me away was he charged me 80.00 dollars,40.00 dollars each way because it was a weekend that's just crazy! The thing is I had no way to get my sick dog there so I felt like a hostage with ne choice to pay! It was the worst service ever. I strongly suggest if you value your life and your pets don't use this mans service!

The driver is very nice. He has a very calm and professional manner. His van is roomy enough to fit any sized pet. He's punctual for pick up which is very reassuring for me to know that I can depend on his reliable service to get my pet to the vet on time for his appointment. He always picks the fastest route possible to get there. I've had no problems with scheduling a pick up with his service. I would recommend this service.

He came as soon as I called, with no notice what so ever. It was even late in the evening, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. The van was spacious and my GSD had lots of space, he was caring, and the price was very reasonable. I'm very thankful I was able to get my dog to the vet in such a reliable way and I strongly recommend giving him a call if you need a ride with your animal.

I used their services to have my daughter's cat returned to her. Very informal. Very accommodating. Reasonable fees. It is a best effort type of business so delays can happen but in my case this was not a problem and I would recommend them.

I am very pleased with the service I get from Len" at Ottawa Petcab. His service is reliable and is extremely helpful to me and my beige cocker spaniel - Maggie. Without Len's service I would not be able to bring my dog to visit my mother who is now very ill. Len is a conscientious driver who was also kind to me in the cab when my dog played up! I called Ottawa Pet Cab to have my dog, who was very sick who had been vomiting excessively and not able to hold himself up well to the vets, the guy who owns 'pet cab' assured me that he could get us there and would not be late, he was 15 minutes late picking us up.When we got into the pet cab" the driver was immediately driving very hard and overusing both his breaks and gas

I've used the driver's services quite a few times already and every time I'm so very thankful to have this resource available to me (I don't drive and the only avian vet in the area is quite far from where I live). He is always very punctual and reliable. He's also polite (helping me get out of the vehicle with my bird cage and my purse). In addition, he was very sympathetic on two separate occasion when I had to bring two of my birds (who were both very ill) to the vet to be put to sleep. I definitely recommend him and his rates are great. Thank you! I will be seeing you again shortly! :)

That was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a cab driver. The only thing that was exceptional was that he arrived on time and drove us home fairly quickly.Rather than going on the highway and take only 10 minutes to drive us to the vet he decided to take the scenic route through downtown. The driver chose to swerve through back streets, and turned onto a new street after every block. The ONLY time he used his turn signal was when he was on Rideau Street, which was once. We finally arrived late to our appointment 45 minutes later.I felt extremely unsafe being in his cab. My cat was stressed out the entire time and his sudden start and stopping gave me a head ache.I WOULD NOT recommend using this service. EVER.
