Walked 30 min to get there, and the store was closed! They say they’re open on the door, on the website..but locked door. If you’re not going to be open, put a sign or update your hours of operation!

Does not open on time. It was supposed to open at 10am on Saturday, instead there’s 5 people waiting at 10:30 and nobody inside.

Store says it's open until 9. I get there and there is a be back in 5 minutes sign on the door - okay it happens . 25 minutes later the sign is still there and no one picks up the phone either. Goes straight to voicemail....

Great store, but disappointing small animal section. There's not much selection and we couldn't find the right hay here for our rabbits.

Really great selection and decent prices. Really the only pet store near downtown that has tolerable prices! They have a good membership program too where after 12 bags of the same food you get 1 free.

Decent enough pet store for emergency things, but limited selection of wet cat foods. I saw 3 brands total, maybe there were a few more hidden away but definitely not the place to come for variety.
