Absolutely horrible!!! Do not believe a word these guys say. They are scammers! I wouldn't be surprised if they paid for all these 5 star reviews.

My 1996 Audi has never been loved so much by another man! Lol.Dimitry did a lot of great work on my vehicle, making sure I am aware of every little detail done on it, and what will need to be done on it. Parts are hard to find for a rare 25 year old car, he had great suggestions on what can be done to minimize the costs and still properly get the job done. Dimitry is a man of stunning knowledge that has been refined by years of experience and understanding of what is needed for the excellent customer service and quality of work.My 2006 Volvo XC90 also has been serviced here for many things, but all with nothing but happiness as an outcome.It is almost as if Dimitry is a specialist doctor that wants to save every car's life. His mindset and approach and his work habits make this place the best place I have ever dealt with.The lady at the office that deals with the calls, booking appointments and such was nothing but pleasant to deal with, a special thank you to her.

Dmitry did a great job on providing responsible and professional service. Thaey even polished the scratches for me on a regular maintenance, which the issue was quoted over $3000 by another service provider (they probably overquoted me). An excellent problem solver! Definitely my go-to auto service in the future!

I've had many bad experiences when it comes to car repairs, but Lino's Auto Repair Inc was not one of them. I was extremely anxious calling a new shop, but I explained my issue to Dimitri on the phone and he had me bring my car in the next day so I made the appointment and brought my car in.They called me with a detail of issues we could fix and they walked me through everything, which I found to be incredibly helpful. Upon picking up my car, I drove away and heard an unsettling noise so I pulled into an empty lot and called the shop back. They advised I bring my car back right away.They immediately had someone come out to test drive the car with me. He noted a noise he didn't like on my car, and hoisted it up to fix the problem. When they came back out to explain the problem they apologized multiple times and assured me they fixed the problem.I WILL be returning to this shop from now on, as they gave me confidence in the work being done as well as their knowledge and willingness to help me. Thank you so much for providing such great customer service!

TOTAL FAILURE. Bad service. Got my vehicle there and it was going back and forth. Never on time. Went to pickup my vehicle, new water pump that they installed was cracked. Had to come back an another day. Got the replacement put in. Now im in Alberta, went for an oil change and was notified the pump Dimitri installed is leaking. These guys use cheapest/garbage parts. DO NOT GO THERE.At the same time Dimitri replaced my water pump he also replaced a radiator. Guess what? There is a leak from one of the transmission hoses going into that aftermarket radiator!@!@#!@# I am furious. This will end up in court.I WILL BE contacting my lawyer and Better Business Bureau. This place is a joke and a SCAM.

I am glad I found this mechanic shop. Dmitry is doing a great job. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and honest, which means a lot for me. Every time I go for repairs I know I will get the best service possible miles around. Well done!!!

Always a pleasure to deal with, used Lino's first time maybe 12 years ago and Dimitri diagnosed a cracked seal issue in 5 minutes, when master mechanic wanted to do a whole engine rebuild. A busy place usually but trust em for sure. Today it's my baby in for some brake work after sitting idle for a year due to Covid. I know I'll get an honest report on what needs to be done.
