Just stopped in to buy bras. I was so excited!! 2 sales gals in the store and neither would greet or make eye contact. Found my items alone after some searching and the only conversation was at check out and the bare minimum. If I had another option in my city I wouldn't have bought them!

The staff are fantastic and very pleasant to deal with. However my issue is with the quality of the clothes, particularly the jeans. Very poor quality especially for the price that is paid.

On November 20 2021 I went in to Penningtons to buy a new bra. I was greeted by a sales associate who immediately told me there was a 40% off sale for them... I was so happy!! Maybe I would get two! She asked what style, and I pointed to the same bra I was wearing. She asked the size and I said I needed one size smaller than what I was wearing. I didn't know the size but told her what I thought it may be. She explained Pennington's doesn't carry a (size smaller). I asked do you mean in this store or at all (meaning online). I then asked her to check my size for me. She did so with clumsy hands then told me she was unable to find the size. She suggested I go to the change room and find it yourself"

Was not impressed when taking back merchandise for my wife she bought online and I'm asked for her Visa... had to get gift card or run to get her card. Never had this bad of service from this company ever but beware of the return service at this location

I find the clothing is getting higher and higher priced, The winter wear, even at 1/2 price is still too much, poor quality, The bathing suit fabric does not last long if you wear it in the pool alot, and VERY expensive...do better Penningtons!! As far as this store goes, the ladies are very pleasant.

Came here to look around had sale on 30% off didn’t really see anything much tried on a few things bought a couple of shirts already on sale plus 30% and I had a $10 birthday discount. Staff is very friendly.

As a plus sized female, shopping for clothing can be a negative experience and I tend to gravitate to Penningtons because their clothing is well made and comfortable. I have been to the 8th Street location and it was terrible. The service there is horrible and I would always leave empty handed and unhappy because I would refuse to spend money in a store where no one will acknowledge that you are breathing.My good friend informed me about this location and promised me that I would feel good about my purchase. She was right. I walked in and was greeted by a wonderful woman named, Taylor. She was helpful, kind and made my shopping experience extremely fun. I ended up spending quite a lot of money but she informed me of some great in-store promotions and which did help me save some moula. This was the first time I have ever purchased an entire wardrobe at once and I felt great about it.If you are looking the best customer service in Saskatoon, come and see Taylor and Jessie... Those girls will make your day. Thank you for the great experience and I look forward to seeing you all again soon!

I came to Penningtons to look at bras because they had a sale. I had looked online and i should have trusted my instincts and bought online but i did feel like waiting to buy a bra.Anyways, not only did they not have my size, their sale" was super limited to only a handful of styles compared to online. BUT this wasn't my issue my issue was the salesperson working there followed us the entire time. She even walked us to the door even though there was at least 4 other people there. She just did not make us feel welcome and definitely ensured that i never step foot inside a Penningtons."

Posting for my wife... I was approached immediately by a grumpy person, when I told her I was looking for runners for work, she rolled her eyes and huffed, ushering me towards the shoes, I asked a few questions, “is this all that’s available and are these all wide shoes“ with so little options, I asked for my size for a couple of shoes styles, only to have the shoes handed back to me and told that is your size, so I tried on a shoe of each style. Making the decision between two shoes, asked for the other shoe to purchase….. before she left for the back to get the other shoe, I stated I’ll just look at what’s on sale. She very loudly said there is nothing on sale, as I looked at the sales rack. Guess I’m leaving, as I waited for my only purchase at the sales counter… waiting was also exciting as another two sales associate approached me to see what I wanted …. Just waiting for grumpy I replied, must have gotten lost on the way to the bathroom. Yes. That’s right I am furious about the treatment at this store I’m losing my cool….. wait it gets better…… grumpy came back and asked for my email address, usually I give my phone number for membership at this store, but no a rude I asked for your email"
