Best car rental company in GTA,Great Service, Quickly Response, ON time.

1. Customer agent charged me LDW claiming this was mandatory insurance while it was actually not2. I asked many times via email or 3rd party to receive invoice by email to get an explanation various surcharges applied that are not present anywhere in the contract, I never heard back from the company3. Upon returning the car and getting charged unjustified amount due, I got threatened by the customer agent in case I did not settle the amount.I got robbed by this company, they should be stopped from doing this business

BAD! BAD! BAD! Not recommended. Don't book directly or via third party.I booked via economy bookings. When I arrived Toronto and called Peel, they said they did not get the order so no car for me.I ended up need to spend extra money to take Uber and pay higher car rental.

When we arrived at Toronto airport we were collected and taken to Peel Car Rentals, all seemed fine until we were asked where we would be going on our vacation, as soon as we mentioned we would be travelling approx.40 miles into USA we were told there was now an additional fee of $50 plus tax (totalling $68).We have hired cars from Toronto airport and driven into USA before and have never been charged extra for this. As we were now at Peel Car Rental we had very little option other than to pay. We were also informed that our unlimited mileage option was no longer valid, we had a limit of 200 miles per day.It is also very hard to find Peel Car Rental when returning the car, this took us approx.45 minutes of driving round and round the same block to find the correct entrance.My advice would be to stick to one of the larger on airport companies, it is cheaper and easier in the long run.

I recently rented a car from Peel Car Rentals.Unfortunately the car was not available on the Friday after I arrived due to immigration causing me to be late for the pick-up.Customer support did organise another car for me from another company, however this fell through due to the owner trying to pressure me into paying extra.The car was a 2018 Honda Civic and it was high spec. I paid 57 CAD per day for the car and GPS.The pick-up and drop-off inspections were a bit rushed, however it all went smoothly in the end.I would recommend taking time to mark the sheet with any scratches and dents prior to leaving with the car, even if the person rushes this part. Ask them to review the sheet before you leave with the car. The inspection is done before they hand over the keys (after all the money is sorted etc).I was apprehensive when returning the car due to reading the other reviews, however I had taken some pictures of the scratches from the time I was picking up the car. I had never marked these scratches on the inspection sheets.In the end the experience was great. The car was great. There was no problems with the deposit. The drop-off and pick-up were speedy.For the sake of your deposit, I would recommend paying the extra insurance cover. This guarantees your deposit back in the event that there is damage done to the exterior of the car.Even if you drive carefully, some passer-by can still damage the exterior when it's parked up or someone might hit the car with their door when you're parked beside them.You are liable for this damage to the outside of the car, even if you don't crash.Extra insurance was 75 CAD for 3 days. The deposit was 350 CAD.In future I'll definitely buy the extra insurance for peace of mind.This was my experience with Peel Car Rentals. This doesn't guarantee your experience will be the same. Definitely take the pre-cautions of marking the sheet prior to leaving with the car, and if you can afford it, get the extra insurance for peace of mind.Based on this experience, I will definitely use this company again in the future and I would recommend another visitor to Toronto to consider renting from the company.

Usually I never write review but my experience with Peel was horrible so I had to share. I booked a rental car with Peel 2 weeks in advance and received confirmation from them. Arrived in Toronto from a flight and called them for shuttle service and they basically told me they didnt receive confirmation and there was no vehicles available. I had proof of confirmation in my email and provided the number and he basically said sorry we didnt receive anything, you're on your own. The guy didnt even provide any resources or help with my situation as I arrived for a special occasion with my girlfriend and had plans in Niagara Falls. They obviously overbooked and are disorganized but they were trying to place blame on me. Luckily I was able to call a competent car rental who had a vehicle but I had to pay double the price. Unbelievable experience especially when you're just starting a vacation. Travelers, if you're coming from out of the province and/or country , you're best to use a different car rental to avoid issues.

Rented a car from Dec 23 until Dec 30. Nothing big good things to say about my experience with this company. Paul who I dealt when picking up the car was great. He did not try to push all of the extra insurance onto me like most companies do. Service was very fast and efficient. Upon dropping off the car one of the staff went the extra mile and drove me to my hotel a few blocks away.Very happy with this company and will use again in a heart beat.

I was very pleased with my first rental with Peel Car Rental. After getting in a car accident early morning on the Thanksgiving weekend, Sunny drove my rental car to me at the Collision Reporting Centre ensuring that my elderly mother did not have to wait in cool weather. Throughout the rental, they provided good customer service and responded to inquiries quickly. At the end, Sahil drove to meet me at my garage to pick up the rental which was very convenient and much appreciated. Based on my experience, I'd recommend Peel Car to others.

The worst car rental you can get, my car was involved in an accident, and the tow truck driver advised me this company and got me a rental right away, they took all the money from the insurance and now when it was last day, my car wasn’t repaired yet, i asked the collision centre they said I won’t have to pay anything to the rental they’ll see it and rental won’t charge me but one week later when my car was repaired and I returned the rental i got charged with $226. When i asked the rental he said collision shop didn’t tell him anything, and when i asked collision shop they said they told him and asked for refund, after 3 months i got nothing i went to collision shop, he just handed me $100 and said to forget about it, it’s both the fault of shop and rental but i never recommend this rental company.
