I am new to the area. I've had a few experiences with this Marina. They have always been very professional, helpful and very friendly. A number of times they've gone out of their way to provide me with service at no charge. The battery on my boat had run down and was out of charge. I brought it into the marina to see if I should buy a new one. They charged it at the marina overnight and I picked it up the next day and it worked beautifully. there was no charge whatsoever. Very friendly very professional excellent service

Once again, Pride of Muskoka comes through for us. We were at the Gravenhurst wharf when our boat wouldn't start. We called Karen and she sent James out to help (across a very windy lake). James fixed the problem on the spot and got us on our way. Amazing marina, amazing service and best of all, amazing people!

Literally the biggest joke of a marina I've ever dealt with.They have had over 4+ different service managers in the past 5 years, every year dealing with someone new that just keeps apologizing for mistakes made in the past but not actually owning up or doing anything about it to rectify the situation.After being so fed up and losing all hope dealing with Pride, took my boat elsewhere and will never give them another dollar of business.Overpriced, no one over there actually cares or can remember what is going on with existing issues... I could go on and on.Do some research and take your boat elsewhere for servicing!!

Stoped to gas up the boat. The young lady who filled up the gas was so polite and helpful, she even ran in to gat a list of ice-cream available so we didn’t even have to go inside. Small thing perhaps but in a world of terrible service and uncaring staff she was the opposite. Good training and great hire. Keep up the good work young lady.

We needed coolant for our boat engine which had overheated and showed low coolant on the dipstick. It was 4:35 or so today (July 31).We pulled up to the docks at the Pride Marina location on the Lake Joseph River in Muskoka. There was only one employee at the docks and he didn't lift a finger to help us. We tied up and I asked him whether they had coolant. His answer was The parts guy has gone home." I asked if he would check for me and he refusedto do so although he admitted having the key to the parts area. He was just too lazy to help. He wasn't doing anything else.I asked for his name and while I don't know if he told me the truth

Ellen at Pride in Bracebridge was amazing. Incomparable service!!! We dropped a propeller and after calling a few places Ellen took over. She called Mercury got us all the right parts; propeller plus assembly kit. She followed up numerous times with us both before and after we picked up and installed the new propeller. She was generally concerned that out motor was fixed and we were back on water ASAP. A pleasure to deal with such a wonderful person!!! The entire team cared. Great Service!!! Thx Ellen.

My family has been coming to this marina for years now, and I have always had a wonderful experience. The kids that work there offer great customer services and are always a delight to interact with. It has always been such a welcoming and clean environment during the summer season. However, the washrooms are utterly disgusting in the fall time.

I bought a used Cruiser from Pride in Ottawa. They arranged to ship it to my Pride Marine in Orillia. I had numerous problems some severe and some not so much. With Covid, Supply Chain, Parts Availibility and employee challenges affecting business everywhere, getting the boat seaworthy took an extended period of time. However, I was treated well and their Service Recovery Policies were demonstrated professionally to my satisfaction in the end. Looking forward to - Smooth Sailing in 2023!
