Had some basement drain tile installed by Romans crew, day one and Brent on the cement crew, day two.Deeply impressed with the level of service and care by these two crews. Hired them for waterproofing my basement and they did an amazing job. Todd helped work up a layout that worked for my needs and my budget. When it came to the construction, I worked with Brent and Ed's teams and they were all wonderful. Great pricing compared to other waterproofing companies and this one has a lifetime warranty! Definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with flooding.

Had a sump pump and drain tiles installed. Very pleased with the work. Sump pump installers were great and did a great job of cleaning up the work area. Brent and the worker he had with him to do the cement work were great too! All the workers were very professional and knowledgeable. Especially liked the video on the Standard Water Control Systems site. It showed in great detail how all the work would be done. I would definitely use this company again!

Jesus and Ethan did a fabulous job on the installation of our Radon Mitigation. They were punctual, professional, and provided great detail to help us understand our new system. The installation was quick and they even did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Thanks Jesus and Ethan!

Today I had a visit from Rob of Standard Water Control. He came a little early, which was fine with me, and I appreciated that he took off his shoes upon entering. He was friendly, courteous and explained to me exactly what he would be doing to check the sump pump system which also includes a backup pump. Just as he was finishing, a 9-volt battery started beeping, indicating it needed replacement and, sure enough, Rob had a stash of those batteries in his vehicle, so was able to replace it! He also noticed that the pump actually emptied water too often, so he reached in and adjusted that, thus saving on electricity! So I feel happy that the sump pump will be all set for spring, when all the snow melts! Thanks, Rob and Standard Water Control!Carol Lundborg

I appreciated the honest approach to my water problem, without trying to up-sell more than necessary. The crew arrived exactly when scheduled and worked hard into the night to get the projects done. They jack hammered the concrete around the inner perimeter of my house and removed the gravel. They got rid of every piece without nickel/diming about a garbage can rental. They took out my old loud sump pump and replaced it with a new quiet one with separate backup line for the backup pump. I wandered down a few times to see the work and they answered my questions straight and professionally. I never felt that these guys were trying to get away with anything or swindle. The concrete guys came the next day and filled the perimeter back in just as nice as it was before. They also made sure to clean up all the plastic that was wrapped (the previous day) around all of my belongings, keeping dust off them. I was happy with the service and highly recommend this company. I will be bringing them back for a couple egress windows in the future.

We had water coming into the basement, and Gary was able to get out to us quickly. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He helped us to determine we needed a different sort of repair. We really appreciated the honesty, integrity and ultimately, redirection. Didn't need this company's services this time (thank goodness!) but they'd be my first call if I did need their expertise!

If you want to work with the best, and encounter people who really care about the work they do and the value it provides - this is it. What a great experience, I wish everyone took what they do as seriously as Standard does. Shoutout to Brent and Ramon!
