Pierce Family Vision
Five stars well earned! I had a very pleasant experience at Pierce Family Vision. The support staff were wonderfully polite and efficient. Dr. Singh was professional and very easy going--I felt stress-free the entire exam. She was happy to provide assurance and answer any of my questions without overwhelming me with technical jargon. This is what quality healthcare in our region should look like.

I had an eye exam with Dr. Ellison today and had a great experience. She was very sweet and took her time explaining everything. All the other staff members were very friendly and helpful aswell. I would highly recommend!

Pierce Family Vision
Been visiting Pierce Family Vision for about 3 years now. My experience is always positive. Staff are friendly. Dr Singh is easily one of the most cheerful and patient doctor I have ever met. She gives great recommendations and I never feel dismissed/ rushed with my questions/concerns.

Pierce Family Vision
As someone who has spent many years visiting the optometrist and shopping for glasses I can safely say that Pierce Family Vision has made this whole process an enjoyable endeavour! Dr. Ellison and the technicians were phenomenal in coaching me through the different tests and results with a smile. In terms of selecting glasses Tim and the administrative staff were incredibly kind and helpful as I am incredibly indecisive! Definitely highly recommend this place and I will be coming back again for my next eye exam!

I just received fantastic service at Pierce Family Vision. I have been going there for years starting with Bruce Pierce and upon his retirement switched to his wife Patti. This week on Tuesday I had a senior's moment and sat on my glasses. I popped both lenses and twisted the face to the point the screws couldn't be removed. Angie sent them out for repairs but she wasn't sure they could be fixed. I made an appointment on Wednesday to get a new pair. The broken pair was able to be repaired and came back on Thursday. Unbelievable. The new pair were rushed and I picked them up today, Friday. I went from having a broken pair on Tuesday and by Friday I had a repaired pair a new pair. Just super service. Especially from Angie. Very friendly and accommodating.Vern G.

Pierce Family Vision
Dr. Singh is an amazing optometrist. She is kind, patient, and always willing answer any questions you might have. She is very thorough with her explanations and I have never felt rushed when I've wanted more information. She genuinely seems like she is happy to see me every time I have my eyes checked.I have contact lenses, but recently have not been wearing them often so on my latest visit, I forgot to bring a pair for her to check how they fit and how my eyes are faring with them in. These are not daily contacts (so not cheap disposable ones) and she searched the office for a set for me to use that day. She obviously cares deeply about her patients and their eye health, and goes the extra mile.The facilities are clean and well kept. Free parking is available at the back.Also, for those who have young children, she is great with kids. I have a 7 and 9 year old, and both of them love going to see her.Highly recommended!!

We've been coming here for over 15 years. They have exceptional customer service and professionalism. Great selection of frames to choose from and conveniently located in Uptown Waterloo. I would highly recommend Pierce Family Vision.

Pierce Family Vision
I cannot say enough positive things about my first experience with this clinic. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, attentive, caring, and friendly. There was no point of uncertainty during my visit. Everything was explained: what exam was being performed, what to expect during each test, and what the exam would show. Dr. Singh is everything a healthcare professional should be. She was patient, articulate, educational, and friendly. I would recommend this clinic to ANYONE looking for a optometrist: for their family or for themselves. At Pierce Family Vision you are in capable and compassionate hands. 5 star review through and through.

Went in for a check-up & new prescription, and had a wonderful experience. Each of the staff were great, friendly, and made sure I was well taken care of. I felt very comfortable there, and would highly recommend Pierce Family Vision for your next eye appointment!

Dr Faria has great attention to detail and could understand what I needed very quickly. He set realistic expectations from multifocal contact lenses. I definitely want to keep him.as my optometrist. Angela is very efficient and made direct billing to my insurance easy Susan is very knowledgable when it comes to frames and understood what I needed based on my lifestyle. My new glasses are great! Highly recommend this practice for eye exams and glasses
