Tonight I Ordered Skip the dish and my order came wrong . My wife and I ordered the sandwiches meal 2 of them that were suppose to be Big Crunch was actually plant based and tasted not good at all . When your ordering real meat and your getting knock off meat. People need to pay attention when putting a order together . I always order from this place but to screw up and not know the difference it’s a big let down . And skip won’t back up their customer service and as a customer very disappointed and we paid over 50 dollars. SkIP Or KFC better do something . This is not right I don’t eat or like fake chicken

It's a worst place to go there!!! They don't know the meaning of the drive through!!! When you order the food, they will ask you to park your car and come back inside later to get the food . It happened five times already. I already complained to the head office . Last time I waited in the drive through for 29 minutes and the manager said I was making trouble. I don't know understand what my mistake is there, I went inside and asked them about the drive thru procedure. So I talked to them, I have the video, and if I don't get a proper answer from management, I will upload it. The video is terrible. I don't want to do it, but if I have to then I will .

Went to this location @7pm placed my order at the counter when I was leaving they locked the door as they were only taking orders at the drive thru? The food was so horrible and the chicken pieces were so tiny no legs and thighs. KFC needs to do better

Okay I don’t usually leave bad reviews but if the colonel were alive today he’d put his foot up someone’s arse in there. Ordered drive through 2 piece combo spicy with fries and hot sauce in the bag. Simple right. Nah, the hot sauce never came, they ignored me at the window, the chicken was not fresh, the skin was hard and not even chewable, I think they took it out of the fridge and then just put it on the warmer, it looked floury as well. The fries were soggy and cold. This is at 6 pm on a Friday fully staffed managers and all. This location is always like this. Don’t go here, go to hwy 7 and Markham road. Original location from the 90’s and the food is still good there.

Very disappointed with the behaviour of manager Anmal at this location. She has no people skills and is clearly unaware of customer service. Tried to blame new employee for her greed in wanting to upsell our meal because what we ordered was not ready at the time and the store was closing at 10pm. Ended up refunding the order and writing this review and went to KFC location at hwy 7/Main 15 min. before close and ordered the same 8 pc meal which the lovely cashier offered the in store special (available at all KFC’s) for which ended up costing less for more. Shame on you Anmal! You are a horrible example for new employees.

I ordered a plant base burger from drive thru. I got home and found a piece of hair on the burger right before I bite into it. This is gross. I tried calling the restaurant but no one is picking up. This is ridiculous.

I've always had good service when going here. No complaints. The only thing I would say is if u go inside the store it smells like chlorine. I'm guessing that's probably unavoidable due to the swimming place next door.

I ordered 10 pc chicken bucket combo, tender chicken with popcorn. I asked the sales person to keep plum sauce. He said it’s already in there. Not even a single sauce. Really disappointing customer service. I will not go to this location. Come on plum sauce nothing , but when there is no trust . Very disappointed.

I don't get the hate for this place; tons of negative reviews. I've been visiting this location since my son started swimming at Russell's (2017). Service has always been decent and wait times are generally short. I would recommend visiting right when the store opens, as their first batch of chicken were always finger-licking good! My only beef with KFC is the size of their chicken, as they are on the smaller scale in comparison to its competitors. Their chicken are so tiny it makes other franchises look like their chickens are on roids.
