Our food was delicious and the size was satisfactory. The packaging and delivery of the food was good, but it took a long time to prepare our order. In addition, you can eat your food there.

I decided to check out Shatter Abbas on Sheppard Street and first looked up the menu and prices on Google. After making my selection, I called the restaurant to place my order and then picked it up. However, when it was time to pay, I realized that the prices were much higher than what was listed on Google. When I asked the staff about the discrepancy, they informed me that they could not change the prices on the google !In terms of the food, I found it to be decent overall, but unfortunately the kebabs were burnt. On the positive side, the Ayran drink was delicious.Despite the restaurant being conveniently located near my house, I don't think I'll be returning due to the burnt kebabs and the unexpected price difference.

After visiting Shatter Abbas Express, I had a mixed experience that I would like to share. While the food portion sizes were generous and tasty during previous visits, this time around, I was disappointed to find that my kebab was burnt. However, the dough was okay.Additionally, I was taken aback by the significant difference in price between the restaurant's menu and the price listed on Google Maps. It's important for businesses to ensure that all prices are accurate and consistent to avoid any misunderstandings with their customers.Despite these issues, I was impressed with the restaurant's excellent attitude towards customers. Their friendly and professional service was a bright spot in an otherwise mixed experience.

Bang for your buck would be an understatement. They're portions are big, meat is tender, juicy, and filled with flavor.Definitely my new go-to for Persian restaurant.

I ordered takeout, Veal tounge Sandwich, Steak sandwich, and Koobideh Kebob from Shatter Abbas Express. The Veal tongue sandwich was good, tender, and delicious. The Steak sandwich was good but a little chewy, especially for kids! The Koobideh Kabob was great as always, juicy, tender, and yummy.

Just ordered from this restaurant for the first time. A big disappointment! In my decades of eating Persian food, I never tasted a more bland chicken kabob and basmati rice like this. Obviously, the chicken was not marinated or spiced with the right spices or any spices for that matter. The rice had no taste at all. In addition, I ordered their yogurt with cucumber (mast O khiar) for CA$12.99 thinking I'm getting a sizeable amount, only to get a small container with an amount that other restaurants send you for free with the meals you order. I feel sorry for all the money I paid!.

Great service and delicious food. We ordered lunch for 80 people from the katering kitchen, food came in hot boxes and it was delicious. Every one in our office loved the food. Many thanks to Shatter Abbas.

I used to live nearby, and tried Shater Abbas several times without regret. Their burgers are unique. Their Koobideh is not as great as what they offered a few years ago, but still among the best. Their other food plates are all great or close to great. Sometimes, expect for long wait times before you depart to pick up.You should try!

This location has pretty good burgers that are fairly large on the pricier side. However, there are some downsides to this location as well. Something that was off putting was the lack of hairnets and gloves used by all staff. This is a very small location and all the staff, from the person cooking to the person at the register are at very close proximity. The person who was at the cash register came to pack our food and she was scratching her neck and touching her hair, then she proceeded to grab our food which wasn’t completely sealed with the fries hanging out of the container. Another thing I found very weird was the forced “tip” option on the POS machine. When you’re paying it asks for tip either % or amount, in order to avoid it you have to press “amount” choose $0, then proceed to pay which makes you feel very awkward. A take-out express restaurant shouldn’t even ask for a “tip” as they aren’t doing anything special for you other than taking your order and preparing it. Sure, if they are very pleasant and put a smile on your face then people can tip. However, customers shouldn’t be placed in an uncomfortable position to feel as though they have to pay tip. Overall, tasty burgers but more safety/sanitary precautions should be taken.
