I have now ordered multiple pieces from April and her very talented artists and I am so pleased with every part of these experiences. The jewelry itself is always flawless, masterfully crafted, and pure. On top of that, working with April is truly a pleasure. From sending video of each piece so you can see it move, to super efficient shipping and communication, I cannot say enough good things about Crystal Cabin.

I am a first time customer who ordered the Argillite Raven Necklace, Round Cutout as a Christmas gift for my son's girlfriend. I received excellent service and speedy delivery- all estimated dates were met.When I received the pendant, I was impressed with the overall design. In my opinion, even more beautiful than the online photos. The stone is smooth with lines in the wing (for example) giving this piece texture and the jeweled eye really catches your attention. The pendant is a comfortable weight- not heavy. Included in the order was a photo and write up on the artist and materials and process he uses.As I mentioned, I purchased the pendant for my son's girlfriend- Raven is her name and she is of Haida descent. With her permission, she would like me to pass on how impressed she is with the design, the personal meaning, and the process and details of its creation.I think it is wonderful that Crystal Cabins celebrates the many talents of local artists and makes them accessible to all despite geographical distances and COVID restrictions.I look forward to my next purchase and sincerely hope that as the pandemic ceases and travel is safer that I can visit the Crystal Cabin gallery and the local area.

I LOVE shopping at Crystal Cabin! I want to support actual First Nations artists and this is the best place to get authentic pieces in a great range of prices. I needed a piece as a gift, within a particular price range, and because of a personal timing situation, I needed it quickly. April, a co-owner, was so kind and helped me find a range of jewelry pieces within my price limitations. It was a great selection and, it was a piece by a young Haida Artist, so it was a win-win. Supporting her, encourages her in her weaving, and I got a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece, that my Friend will love. I have looked at other shops, but I feel it's important to support grassroots Native Artists, when there are so many imitations in other places, and in this shop, I get beautiful pieces every time and am able to ensure I have authentic Native-made pieces. And the owners are really nice, too!!

After hearing about the Crystal Cabin from a travel nurse who recently visited this little business, I purchased a wrap ring online. I prefer to do my shopping from vendors who are Canadians who own their businesses and give back to their community, especially if those businesses are owned by women. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding, and the customer service was personal and not often seen when making online purchases. Thumbs up ladies!

Great shopping experience!!Fast response and super friendly! I had my first piece from Myles Edgar from Granville Island when I was in Vancouver almost 20 years ago. I and so happy that I stumbled upon Crystal Cabin and found his work again!Immediately bought another piece from this wonderful artist.And the shop owner is very friendly and helpful with follow ups on my purchase, even when I am all the way in Singapore!Highly recommended!

This shop is super cute with a lot to offer. The displays are well laid out and the staff were friendly! Beware the big hill in the driveway, it's steep but not impassable, my little car made it up. The crystal circle is a neat feature in the front of the shop.

I was late getting a gift to a friend, being from Ontario I knew Canada Post wasn't on my side. I was able to find the perfect gift and April was able to get it delivered as quick as possible, and even went over and above to include a beautiful card with my personal msg! Thank you so much!

Crystal Cabin is a wonderful company with excellent customer service. I bought a beautiful ring at Crystal Cabin online but due to Covid there was a huge delay at customs in the Netherlands. Any other shop would stop their service as this is basically beyond their control but April from Crystal Cabin kept in contact all this time on a regular basis offering advice and help. The ring arrived in a beautiful gift package as well so I am just very happy with the whole Crystal Cabin experience. I will definitely order more of their great products in the future.
