Received excellent service! Genuine concern, fast service, options provided for my consideration. Good work and a great new system.Follow up questions were also answered promptly, with time and care. This will be my go to place for service and computers in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend Experience Computers to friends and family. I also want to say that the genuine kindness I witnessed shown to repeat customers, visitors or local people hanging out and about the building says something to the character of the individuals working at Experience. Can't buy that kind of quality. Well done.

We were very impressed with the fast, friendly service we received from Tom. He picked up the CPU in the morning, and brought it back to us at 2:30 the same day. We have never encountered such fast service, and the computer is running much faster now, too We would highly recommend Experience Computers.

A while ago I took my laptop in for repairs. Unfortunately I have a mac. The estimates I received from other places (Bestbuy, London Drugs) for repairs ended up being half of the estimated value of the laptop itself. I was referred here and the cost to repair it was very reasonable and they did not charge me more than the estimate. The staff appear knowledgeable and were able to repair it on the same day.

I went to Experience Computers last week to get a relatively minor fix for an electrical adapter - Austin (an employee) went above and beyond, and helped me right away.Within minutes all was fixed, and to top things off he told me the fix was so easy for him, he was not even going to charge anything for it.W O W !!!!!!Thank you so much AustinExperience Computers has a motto At Experience Computers we go that extra mile to ensure that our customers have the very best in service

Fantastic. Computer completely dead. Got it back working better than ever the same day, even with the owner on vacation. Both picked up and dropped off at home - within a few hours. Also very helpful software and hardware advice. Would give 6 stars if allowed.

I had a great experience here! Tom provided me with all the information and let me make a decision with out pressuring me. He went the extra mile and fixed my laptop in a day, he even called me to assure that he was able to recover all my files. I will definitely be coming back.

Being in retail my whole life i think I'm pretty hard to impress, however Tom at Experience computers has done just that. Toms advice and recommendations were invaluable & definitely insightful, he was able to salvage files off my fried PC, and customize a new one for me, all the while explaining everything without being patronizing. He went out of his way to help me New years day and the turnaround time was the next day.. No where do you get service like this or affordability or followup. This is a gem among the PC businesses out there, and I'm lucky to have discovered this shop.i won't hesitate in sending anyone to Experience,because I know you'll get an honest answer, this is definitely the guy" I want in my corner!
