They advertise that they can lift heavy stone materials but that's far from the truth. I was asked to pay $600 upfront to book the appointment for the job but in the end when he couldn't get the job done because he couldn't lift the stones, he charged me another $545 onto my credit card without my authorisation so in total I was charged $1145 for a job not done at all! Eventhough I gave him the actual weight of the stones (which is clearly written on my packing slip), he claims that they were heavier! That's his excuse for overcharging me! I have to employ another company to complete the job on a emergency basis!!! This is a rip-off company, don't employ under any circumtances!
