Terrible customer service.Made in Canada they say yet they make their product outside of Canada...I've asked their customer service if the product is made in Canada as I wanted to support Canadian made products. They said yes.Got my product and says Made in China.I wanted to return the products and they are making me pay for shipping...Also they make returning almost impossible to a nightmare.Do not buy from them.I do not recommend.

This mainly a factory seconds store but the do have a selection of first rate items too. The store is quaint and a step back in time. The staff are wonderful ladies that make the experience. Some outstanding deals to be had.

The quality and price of items are amazing. I needed warm underwear and the selection they have is great. Also very nice personnel working here. Recommend it to anyone, go check it out

Oh my goodness! Go and visit! The staff are so friendly and happy to show new people around the whole store which could also totally pass as a museum.And the deals!! I got a brand new long sleeve shirt for just two bucks and a pair of long underwear for just five bucks!I also saw the cool red Stanfield's long underwear pajamas for less than forty bucks at the Outlet. I'll definitely be back!Thank you :)

Our Grandma worked here in 100 years ago. So cool to see and also how historic they've left the building. Thankful that is is still in operation and employs many people from the area. Walked where Maude Amelia Crowell (Ennis) walked 100 + years ago. Receptionist was so very friendly and helpful.

If I could rate less than one star I would. I purchased 6 pairs of briefs for $150. Two came with massive holes and the other four didn’t last a year. The company has never acknowledged my complaint.
