I wish to thank Ron at Willeart Appliances for helping our family out when our fridge decided to die this past week. Instead of rushing to charge us for a service call, despite knowing that parts will be hard to find for our now 14+ year old fridge, he first gave us some suggestions on things to try to possibly get it up and running again. When they didn't work, he gave us a great deal on a new fridge off his showroom floor and had it delivered to us within an hour. He also took away our old fridge. Considering all of our food was being stored in 4 coolers in our garage at that moment, we very much appreciated his helpful service and prompt delivery! Thanks again Ron!

Willard appliances is a nice appliance store they carry LG is their main brand but they also protect and cover what they sell they have all types of appliances to look at and the store owner was very polite and asked questions and answered what I needed to know.

I want to thank Ron for helping me find a used but in great condition electric dryer. He listened to what my needs were, didn't try to sell me a fancy brand new one, and directed me to one that would meet my usage needs and budget. Exceptional service, friendly, and professional. You have me as an appliance customer now. Thank you.

Update...two days after buying the washer it was delivered by two extremely courteous and polite young guys. It was installed and a how to" was given on its usage. More exemplary service.Ron is an amazing guy to deal with. Loads of knowledge and a great selection. We should have dealt with Willaerts in the first place instead of being jacked around by another store."

Bought our new washer and dryer there when we bought our house years ago. The LG appliance are working good now for 13+ years.I do know they will not install a wall oven unless you buy it from them.

My wife and I had a great experience. Ron is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. When it comes to anything to do with the home, it is so, so difficult finding reliable people these days - people who are honest and do what they say they're going to do. We'll be purchasing all our appliances from Willaert's in the future.
