Worst pedicure and gel refill i have ever experienced. Pedicure done by Zena. Zena kept on offering different services after me telling her to do regular pedicure. She kept pushing for different foot treatments. Nail paint they used didn't even lasted few hours. I came home and my nail paint was already chipped. i called them and the lady agreed to fix it and said sometimes nail paints are old and they can chip easily. I went next day and they fixed it but the finish on my nails was awful. Today i noticed that my bio gel refill on my hands are already chipping. its just been a week. They use sub quality products. I paid $95 for both services and tip on top of it.their Staff will stand on your head as hawk once they finish the service as they want tip.Awful service never going back.

My sister took me here for my birthday and I had a GREAT experience!-Very clean and doesn't smell have a chemical smell to it like a lot of other nail salons-Great customer service-Attention to detail ( I got a shellac mani and pedi)

I recently found this salon, as I was looking for a new pedicurist closer to home. Joy and her team are absolutely fantastic, she understood my style and preference right away. The salon is clean and bright and thr other staff members are very friendly. I am so happy with Nails1010&Spa and grateful that they are so close!!

Located on the second floor, this nail salon is very clean and organized. The staff is super friendly, and their prices are very affordable. Ample parking is also available.

I loved my experience here today! After having an awful experience at another place in town I thought I would never get my nails done again. Many many people recommend nails 1010 to me and I decided to take the leap and get them done today. I was so genuinely impressed with the kind and gentle service they offer. My tech was so meticulous and detailed in the way she worked and it payed off because the end result was the best set of nails I’ve ever had done, and I’ve been getting them done for almost 10 years. I wish I could give this business 10 stars because they went above and beyond my expectations. I was borderline emotional at the end of my service because the results were so good and the tech was so gentle and patient with me despite a medical issue that causes my hands to shake. If you’re looking to get nails or any beauty services done in stouffville, this is the place to go! Today is my birthday and they absolutely made it for me!

Had an appointment today for something out of the box. I needed my gel colour removed for surgery later in week. Chloe,, took the usual time and effort to prepare my nails. Just so appreciative, that even without getting usual" service

Really great experience with Joy :) she was really sweet and gentle with me as I have an injury - made me feel really comfortable and did a great job! All the staff were really kind and accommodating. Looking forward to my next visit!
