Terrible service and very slow - Visited on June 27 2022. Waited in line in store for over 30 minutes with only 4 people ahead of us. Most staff were standing around talking while the lineup grew inside the store. Finally placed our order - We were told they were out of eggs for the breakfast sandwiches so we had to change our order - We were able to order the last jalapeno/cheddar bagel they had (along with other items). Waited 15 more minutes for 2 toasted bagels only for them to turn around and tell us that they had given away our order to a customer at the drive thru window. It was like watching a disorganized clown show... The stafff seemed to have no idea what they were doing. Left with cold coffees now and no bagels. Many other people grumbling in line as we left. Extremely dissatisfied with the level of service at this restaurant.

I waited 22 mins in the drive thru for 1 coffee. Ridiculously slow service. No acknowledgement of my wasted time or apology from staff either.

Late review but I visited this location on September 10, 2021 at 12:30pm and was helped at the counter by Tristan. He was the friendliest, most outgoing employee I've ever encountered and provided an excellent level of customer service. For the duration of our road trip, I couldn't stop talking about how nice he was and how it made my day. It was a shocking difference from other staff I've encountered there, and at other Tim Hortons. Almost three months later and I still remember my visit that day.

Just a bunch of rude kids working there. They had 3 donuts and nothing to eat 3hrs before closing.. we appeared to be a major inconvenience to them and they responded to everything in disgust. Worst Tim hortons I’ve ever been too.

Not satisfied with food and service. We ordered cilantro lime wrap, grill chicken wrap, chicken bowl and everything went unsatisfied.

The staff were too busy talking, I stood there waiting for one of them to take my order. Finally one of the staff took my order.i ordered 20 tidbits. I specifically told him I wanted 10 chocolate and 10 honey dip due to allergies. I didn't notice what he had done until I put one of the timbits in my mouth. My tongue started to swell up and i had a hard time breathing if your staff would have done their jobs. Instead of talking, iwouodnt of had to be rushed to the hospital. I will be taking fthis further.

WORST TIM HORTONS IN THE WORLD.I’m not even exaggerating when I say this. Every time The drive through is minimum 20-30mins to just get to the speaker box.This time I had time to literally get out and clean the back seat of my car( wiping disown etc.)They make you wait all this time just to get to the window and receive the wrong order.P.S not even worth a star rating however in order to make a review you have to select a star rating.

This location was relatively clean and decently staffed. We received two hash browns less than what my husband ordered. When he asked about it, the employee who made our food told us that's not what she had on her screen (fair). When my husband tried to explain what he ordered, the employee insisted on arguing that that's not what she had on her screen. Perhaps she could have checked to see if there was an error on how it was rung in or if we weren't charged for the number of hash browns we thought we ordered. Another employee came over and I think told her to give us another hash brown which was rudely tossed in our bag. Customer service left something to be desired.
