Friendly and a bit cheaper but very very slow and inefficient. It took over 50 emails sent (104 total) to finalize my order and 8 weeks from start to finish.Compare that to a different company I ordered from and had my order done with 5 emails and 12 days.The final product is quite nice though and that's the I my reason I gave them 2 stars.

This company is none responsive. Called a few times, won’t answer. Left message did not respond back. Emailed a couple times, they finally got back to my inquiry, I responded, and still has not gotten back. Took my business elsewhere and was a breeze. This company and its sales team seem to have allergies to money.

This company's customer service team is amazing! They are very responsive, and have excellent communication. My sales rep was very helpful in laying out my options and ensuring that I was satisfied with the product through every step of the process. Their prices are also cheaper than other big name online printing and embroidery stores. I would definitely recommend these guys, and I will definitely order through them for all of my future needs.
