Most of the staff are Great Staff, one or two with very limited information. Lots of seating free WiFi and pretty quite there, unless break or lunch at the near by school. I not sure if there is any Parking, I was unable to locate any...

Very silent and peaceful environment to study and read books. Its one of the beat library in Downtown Toronto serving best of its customer service with a wide range of books and enormous space. There is a beautiful small park nearby where you can hang out and besides it, Forest hill college and a table tennis court located. There’s a free parking in front of the college too.

Nice but small library in midtown. There is not a lot of tables or working space but the kids section is really cute and has classes and programs for little ones.

Quaint library, poorly managed. In 2017, my friends and I noticed that the library's front door didn't close properly when the building's heat was on (wintertime). This releases a lot of heat and it's us taxpayers who foot the bill. More than two years later, the door still does not close properly each winter. The librarians literally giggle about the broken door. The restroom walls have not been cleaned properly in many years (at least six years). I wrote to the branch manager, twice, about this a year ago (summer 2019). Their reply discussed red tape, and no cleaning was done.I appreciate the library's services but, in terms of management, action ought to replace resignation. I hope that the library will strive and thrive in future.

This is the most inadequate library I have ever been to. It is supposed to be serving the Bathurst & Eglinton area, where population is rapidly increasing, there are multiple high-rises and new families, also 2 local schools, and new Canadians, yet this library does the absolute 0 to serve the people in the area. There is no regular programming for kids at any age (absolutely nothing for teens, while there's a high school right NEXT to the library!!), absolutely nothing for school-aged kids (there's a public school within 5 minutes from the library!), nothing for new Canadians, and nothing for seniors - except a monthly film and knitting club. Not to mention they close at 5pm on Fridays and Saturdays and they are closed on Sundays. The library is literally ON Eglinton, and outside there's a bus station and a new LRT station coming. And yet the library is no different than the Coxwell library that only serves an area with houses, hidden somewhere at East York... (In the meantime, the Coxwell library has a regular lego club, baby time, french (!) baby time and many more programs - so, don't give me the excuse you're a small library.)A few months ago they did a survey on new programming, yet they still have done nothing. At the same time, there is no other option for the residents, no community centre at a walking distance and no other library someone can visit without taking the car and travelling through traffic.I'm very disappointed because instead of keeping pace with the changes in the area, and making the library a lively hub for the local people of all ages, they choose to keep doing nothing. It's really the worst library I've ever been to in Toronto.

This is a pleasant little library. We booked a room for a presentation and everything went quite well. The staff are very thoughtful and kind.
