I have been with DCS for over 10+ years. The support is tremendous. They are very knowledgeable and able to fix most issues remotely and when an onsite visit is needed, DCS schedules very promptly. DCS is very professional and provides FULL IT services- from initial office design to setting up remote login for my team to even taking the time to advise what accessory products would be helpful for my office- ie best scanner etc. Sam - the owner, is great to work with.
