My battery had died due to being full of snow on December 24th 2022, due the big winter storm. I spoke with a staff on the 26th, which is a holiday. Booked an appointment to pick my car up by 2 staff. At 9am. They came and Ashley actually was one of the drivers. The mechanic boosted my car, Took it to dealership. dried the engine and replaced the battery!Ashley and mechanic delivered car back in just over 2 hours!!I would give this 10 stars if I could for such a great servicefor going above and beyond!!!

He went above and beyond with all the details about our new car. Our dealings with the Karen the Finanical Manager was smooth and quick. Rhyan sent me updates as he had them with photos!!!Due to the current state of buying I had to wait a little bit for it to arrive. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Had issues getting booked in around my work schedule and they managed to find something that worked for me.I had to return the Monday after with some questions about my vehicle and the woman working the counter was pleasant and patient. (I fully admit I was a bit high-strung and anxious about the warnings on my vehicle.) But, she listened, was patient, offered advice and sent me on my way.Glad I ended up in Stratford so I can continue to bring my vehicle this location.

I would highly recommend Nissan Stratford. Howard had a completely no pressure approach, showed us numerous vehicles and talked through the merits of each, I never felt he was trying to upsell us or had any agenda other than to help us find our best fit. We were buying a used car and all the vehicles were immaculate, cleaned inside and out. Karen in finance was personable, efficient and organized, terrific to deal with. There were no hidden fees or surprises, the whole process was transparent and easy.A bonus not related to the sales experience was their excellent location which allowed for a good mix of in town and highway driving, very easy to get in and out of.
