Bloom Field Floral and Garden Centre

(I am using my sisters google account to write this review)Bought two pillows in November. November 14th to be exact. Washed them once as they advised me during the purchase when I asked them how to wash them in December just before Christmas and the zipper had broken. I emailed January 4th as well as called regarding this. I was told to bring the pillows in. Due to everyday life and being on vacation for much of January I wasn’t able to bring the pillow in until February 6th and left it there. I was told that I would receive a call that week regarding the pillow. I never received a call. I called the next week and the owner wasn’t in and I would have to call back I believe the following Tuesday. I called back spoke to the owner and she advised me that the vendor no longer makes that specific colour of the pillow. She said she could exchange it but the colour of the pillow she could exchange it for was much darker than the current one I have. I was told I’d receive a call back and never did. 2 weeks or so later bringing us to yesterday I called and spoke to management regarding this and was given the same answer. I decided I was going to just go in since this back and forth over the phone and me chasing them was useless. The exchange would’ve been great if I could’ve exchanged both pillows but that’s of course not allowed so why would I want one dark and one light pillow? What am I suppose to do with them? I got two matching ones specifically for my couch so having two completely different coloured pillows would make no sense when all I wanted was two of the same colour. They also didn’t go together. So returning one singular pillow didn’t seem like that’s a big deal at all for them to do (so I thought) I’m also already out $39.00 before tax for the other pillow I have since there is no longer a match for it. The manager stated today (March 18th) that she was “handed her a$$” to her when she mentioned to the owner about giving a refund. She also kept saying they aren’t Walmart which she was right about. Walmart at least would refund you for a product if it was broken. It’s also $39.00? It’s not like I’m trying to return a $1,200 item. I’m shocked and disappointed to see a small town business operate this way. To be so against just simply refunding someone for your product that was washed once and washed the way they advised is frankly very embarrassing on their end. You don’t mind spending a bit more to support local but that was the first and last time I will ever go and give them my hard earned dollars. Now I’m out $80 with a pillow with a broken zipper that I can no longer use and the matching one now in storage because I have zero use for one pillow. Sad to see a business would rather lose customers than simply return their broken 39.00 product.

I love shopping at the floral shop and garden centre! The staff are always so helpful and friendly! They have helped me pick out the right gift or plants every time. I always go there for all my plant needs throughout the year! Their floral shop is a must see, such cute decor and plants!

I have to say this place is a true jem. I am so glad to have found this wonderful flower shop. Not only is the staff very helpful but super friendly. My wife and mother absolutely love the tulips and plants I have been getting from here. You will keep seeing me atleast once a week for my flowers!

Last weekend I went to Bloom Field to get some perennials for my garden. I am definitely a novice gardener and the lady who helped me was wonderful. She was able to help me pick out what I needed/wanted. I got all my plants I wanted and then some. I will definitely go back! Also, their Covid protocols were great and I didn't feel unsafe at all!

Words cannot express how happy your beautiful tulips look all over my house! Your shop was very neatly laid out and organized, which made finding what I was looking for very easy! (I even found things that I wasn't looking for!). I had exceptional service from Stacey, who certainly knows all about colour schemes and what would look good together. I am grateful for her friendly and kind service! I will be back!

We recently had a pool installed by Bloom Field and required some chairs to place around the pool. Bloom Field had many options and were very reasonably priced. They assisted in our colour choices as well as in choosing chair pads. The Floral and Garden Centre team are friendly and accommodating. It's so nice to have this Floral and Garden Centre in our little community.

We love Bloom Field Floral! We recently bought chairs and tables from there and they are absolutely lovely. The chairs are extremely high quality. We are very happy with the decision to buy them from such nice people. I love that they have plants in colours and combinations that you can't find anywhere else and we return to them year after year and always leave with a smile.

The Best Floral & Garden Centre around! I love the fact they carry a large variety of flowers, plants and pottery. i always leave there with more then i should. Just love spoiling myself with fresh seasonal flowers. Peonies are one of my favourite!
