Personally I got robbed here. I took a car with scratches and told the Avis representative about. He just said is all right, all are registered and I should not worry. Though, I made pictures myself. After returning the car I`ve been charged £700 for the scratches that were already there, despite presenting the pictures from the date time and place picking up the car ( Maidstone ).Though, after sending the pictures and calling few times, in 4 weeks I got the money back!

I was charged 90 £ extra after two weeks from the rental. Tried to ci text them several times asking what the charge was about, never recieved an answer.Not direct to this particular branch but avis customer service in general.

As someone who spends thousands a year (5 years) with Avis and is a President level renter the level of service is so bad it's embarrassing. I am moving my business to Enterprise a result. I have never experienced such a poor level of service from a major corporate company.

Friendly service and cheapest quote in the area. Had a fantastic car, very clean inside and out. Exactly what we needed and you can customise your time to suit you. Couldn't of asked for a better experience

Booked online, very easy process. Pick up was very simple with friendly helpful staff. Excellent quality vehicle and at a great price, I checked out several other companies and Avis was by far the cheapest, which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely use again.
