We ordered two spicy big Mary’s, and were given the normal big Mary’s. Overall, found the chicken to be very bland. Two stars for the great buns, and fresh lettuce.

I hate to give bad reviews however, I was not impressed with this location. The taters were not fresh. The taters barely had any of the Mary Brown's browns coating or seasoning. It's Mary coating and seasoning that sets them apart from the rest. The fact that this was lacking was disappointing. The original recipe chicken was not seasoned well. The spicy chicken was okay. I will not be going back to this location, unfortunately.

They were good at first, but the last half dozen times I've been there the size of the chicken in the BIG Mary have been small. Not even 2/3 of the bun, and that's a tiny bun compared to everyone. Half the breading was missing, squirt of mayo on the other side and most of the lettuce in the box. Forget it!

Only been to this location twice and both times they cheaped out on the sauce. The sandwich in general lacked flavour too, but the lack of sauce really ruins it the most.

Nice quiet area, food came out pretty quick and the server was nice. Not much else I can ask for.I will say their spicy don't mess around though.

Visited Tuesday and asked for 6 piece chicken only with no thigh and medium coleslaw. Was charged for 6 individual pieces which the drive thru cashier randomly selected including a Centre breast. Is the 6 piece chicken only no longer available? If so why wasn’t I told at ordering…. Ended up paying over $30 for my meal. Left a tell mary with my contact email and still have not gotten a reply.**. Update** I emailed head office as requested and have not had a reply still. This is the type of customer service that causes guests to not return. What happened to this brand?’

Honestly the worst food I’ve ever had in my entire life existence. The chicken was so dry and had no taste. The bread is stale. The only good thing about this place is the potato wedges. They are a solid 6.5/10. If you have no taste buds, then I’d recommend coming here!
