Best flower shop in Brampton. I ordered flowers for my friend who was very sick. And the order was very smooth and delivery was prompt. The flowers lasted for around two weeks. Very good experience. Highly recommended.

Underwhelming add-onsThe bouquet of flowers was nicely arranged and my wife liked the surprise.However the add-ons on the bouquet (the card and the balloon) were a real let down.The balloon was $6 and on the photos it looked like it was one of those big helium ones. Instead it was a little thing the size of my palm.Secondly, the card.I thought the message would be imprinted on the card but they wrote it on a piece of paper which they cut by hand and glued on the card and it didnt look aesthetic at all.I would recommend the bouquet of flowers to anyone because it looked beautifully arranged but the add ons really made the gift look cheap.

Absolutely terrible experience ordering flowers for Valentines day. I understand Valentines day is a busy day of the year, but that is no excuse for the owners to be disrespectful towards customers. I had called on Valentines day inquiring whether or not my delivery would be expected to be out by the end of the day and the woman who had answered the phone was extremely rude to me, did not let me finish asking my very quick question and hung up the phone on me. I understand Valentine's day is an extremely busy day, but if you do not have 30 seconds to respond to a customer inquiry then that is no way to run a business.To top it all off, the order arrived a day after Valentine's (which is fine as I ordered on the 13th) but it was completely not as advertised! The bouquet was sub-par and looked like it had been put together in less than 2 minutes. Overall, completed horrible experience and I will not be ordering from this store again.

I ordered flowers for a friend who lost her husband. They were beautifully received. I loved the easy order online, and the same day delivery option was awesome. I would like the owners to look into increasing the card message option and possibly work on an easier nicer printable method to print on the cards. With technology today there is no need to print a paper and attach just have it print on card. They were easy to talk to on the phone to include extra msg and very helpful, good service. Thank-you
