Glad we hired Antica Construction Management.Our young family needed a dividing wall built to convert our townhouse’s open den into a closed office. With noisy young babies and my spouse requiring a quiet space to work for a newly acquired job, we were on a pretty specific budget and tight timeline with a looming employment start date only 2-weeks away! We also had some specific requests, such as a pocket door with frosted glass panes, sound proofing insulation, relocating electrical lights and switches, adding a light, amongst other improvements to the room.Stanley and Kevin of Antica delivered skilled work, efficient and effective timing, didn’t mind our dogs occasionally snooping around (or my spouse who asks a lot of questions), courteous, compassionate, and even matching challenging popcorn ceiling, they handled the curveballs any renovation will unveil with composure.We are very pleased with their work, so pleased we are hiring them to renovate our main bathroom in the near future.

Stanley and his team were very responsible and took the extra step to ensure everything was installed correctly. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!
