Nutrition House South Centre Mall

This location has gotten worse over the last couple of years I’ve noticed. Originally whenever I stepped foot inside an employee had immediately acknowledged we walked in and would assist in finding what I was looking for. As well as answer any questions to the best of their knowledge, and if they didn’t know, would take the time to help find out.Well the last 3 times I’ve been here the single employee (different person each time) could not be bothered to even look up from looking at their phone at the cashier desk. This most recent visit I went in specifically to talk to some one about a product I knew they carried (safe or not to use while breastfeeding). I went in because I was seeing mixed answers online. Once again having to interrupt the employee on their phone, I thought they must have some sort of idea, she asked me what does the box say…..well the box did not mention it (Hence why I am asking). Once I voiced this, her response was; well it’s all natural so I assume it would be.Got home and still felt unclear and had to dig DEEP on the manufacturers website, only to find out it is NOT safe, despite it being natural products.Not sure if it just this location but I am pretty disappointed. I love the products they carry, but maybe the company needs to consider their training that is provided to employees.

Recently I stopped by this store looking for natural health supplements, as I am not 16 anymore. Gabriel was great providing very helpful advice; he spent good time with me answering all my questions. Excellent service!!!, he is knowledgeable and a great asset for the store. By the way he is bilingual so he helped me in Spanish.

Very helpful team. I was looking for guidance on ideas how to match my specific diet with nutritional supplements and Ana helped me all the way, very happy to talk with her. Gabriel was also very helpful and very knowledgeable of my needs. If you go to the store please ask to see Gabriel and Ana and you won’t be disappointed

I went to the store looking for MCT Oil that was appropriate for the Keto diet and I was attended by Ana, very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the products and she recommended me to use Alpha MCT Oil, and the truth is that I have loved the product, thank you for the recommendation.

Expensive, all the products are at least 10% more expensive than amazon prices or superstore. Staff couldn't care much either, you ask them for a product, they show you and that's it, not friendly at all.

I stopped at this location not that long ago to pick up some nutritional supplements for my diet and workout, and so far I was very happy with my experience. Gabriel was knowledgeable about the products, asked open questions to make sure I get the ideal and fitting choices for myself! Will definitely come back again!

I came in looking for help and the employees were super helpful and knowledgeable. when I asked about vitamin b3 in cream and pill form they were able to help me fast, it felt like they really cared about sharing what they knew they even took the time to look up a product they didn’t have in store and provide alternatives. I’m glad this store is still in the mall with such great employees. Ana and Gabriel were the ones that helped me today I really appreciated it

The one worker there a young gentleman believe his name to be Gabriel, is very helpful and polite, always respectful to customers and provides excellent service when asked for, gives a great sense of comfort when shopping would highly recommend going when he works overall has had best experience with him.

Some of the better prices, that I know of, in the city. Wish they'd still had the frequent flyers" program still though. Alas.And of course their prices aren't as low as Amazon. Amazon ships out of a warehouse larger than the mall itself. This is but a tiny storefront."

Excellent customer services! Gabriel was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. I recommend the store for the quality of products and ask for Gabriel - very knowledgeable guy.
