I went to Best Buy to return the unopened" headset and the special sales representative E****d broke the "sealed label" and looked the product many times to check if it was real during the return. It didn't make sense why the sales representatvie opened the sealed product and made it "used" one in front of me. Watching that behaviour was very uncomfortable because he thought I tried to return a fake product. However

If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. I received absolutely no help from the manager Ved (if that even is his real name). I was trying to use my warranty for a new pair of AirPods of the same kind and he was trying to give me something less and cheat me. I have AirPod pros and they were trying to give me regular AirPods. Best Buy shame that a reputable company employees shysters like Ved.

This location is pretty big. So big that it doesn't seem busy and the line ups move relatively quickly. If your looking for a graphic card drop be prepared to wait in a line up that wraps all the way around to Bay St. The stores don't release the info till a day or two ahead. If you check the blog out they'll release the exact date their dropping more. Here's a tip if your looking for any kind of gaming system, or graphics card. They keep them under lock and key, So, don't ask someone in the gaming or computer section it's a waste of time. Just head straight the the Customer Service or Cashier section. Ask them if they have anything you're looking for in stock. Then they have someone check the room where all the items are caged. Only when they've confirmed its in stock will they allow the purchase. They kinda give one another a nod, and signify if you can make the purchase. Then the security guard standing there decide if hes seen you there before. I've had cashiers tell me there's nothing in stock and then they have a manager check in the room to see if there actually is one. They get can get shipments from head office just about any day of the week. From my knowledge I don't think they allow their employees to purchase anything until after their shift is over.If your trying to find a system online you have to select the nearest store in your area and in the morning is when they update their available stock. I've never personally had any luck with online purchases of gaming systems and graphics s cards, but that's how they tell me it's done.

I wanted to buy a sound bar for my tv and Devavrat really help me out to get a good one based on my requirement and the budget. He explained me all the details and the features along with it and based on that i was able to make a decision. So thanks a-lot for helping me out. I am really happy and satisfy with his suggestion and services he offered.

Never fall for their membership and warranty! They will push everything hardest to get you into it and then when you want to cancel it, they will “Proudly” say you have to pay the full membership amount to cancel it. It doesn’t make sense at all! When i first signed up for the membership, they clearly said I can cancel it any time I want but now they are saying I have to pay full membership fees to cancel it? Then whats the meaning of cancellation if we have to pay the same? I don’t understand this! I feel like a big scam! Anyways, never go for their membership! Its a total trap of your hard earned money!

BIG store, prime location... my issue was with the staff member trying to assist me. I saw him and a co-worker helping the same customer, when I approached he was quick to notice me (okay great start). I had some questions about pricing of a product, which I knew the answer to though wanted to see what they would reply. I was given wrong information and politely pointed it out, I asked a few more questions about security cameras and he tried to give a confident answer... again it was wrong. He was starting to sweat and clearly was trying to get away, I asked he be one last question. I couldn't deal with the misinformation, there is nothing wrong with saying 'I don't know'. To think how many people he talks to on a daily base and people buy that product is just wrong. Best Buy, please let your staff be trained to a higher standard.

Went there recently with a friend to look at sound bars. The audio area was so loud - someone was blasting music from one of the sound systems. No one was around it, so we figured someone had tested it and left. We went over and turned it down so we could listen to the sound bar options in the department. As soon as we stepped away, the music started blaring again - an employee was apparently connected to it by bluetooth and messing with us. It was again so loud we couldn't hear the sound bars we were testing, so we turned the sound system down a second time. Again, after only a few moments, someone cranked up the volume via bluetooth and made an announcement over the loudspeaker saying please do not touch the stereo".If you want people to review and purchase audio products

Never ever buy warranty from this store. It is wasting your precious money. When they want to sell warranty, they made it great and then when you need help for something you paid, they bring lots of issues so you would prefer not to go further. Microsoft store supports you without warranty. I really regret that I bought warranty from here for my laptop. I did cancelled it last night but unfortunately I should pay for one year and never ever buy anything else from here.

I definitely don't like their customer service. After payment I asked for E-receipt for my laptop purchase the sale person said she sent it and when I got home I didn't receive the e-receipt so I called to the store to send me, a guy said he will but I still haven't received my email receipt. It's been more than 10 days.I'm going to their store to get email receipt. Horrible.
