I’m usually not one to purchase aquatics from big box stores like petsmart, but this one in Langley are incredibly knowledgeable and caring with their fish! Shoutout to the manager with blue hair in particular (sorry I never got your name!) So refreshing to hear questions like “Is your tank cycled?” and refusing to sell to customers who are just looking to put goldfish in bowls. If you’re looking for common, well-kept, and decently priced fish, I would trust my business here.

I take my Shih Tzu to the grooming salon and have had amazing experiences! Chris groomed her SO well, Haylee has amazing customer service! The male and a few of the others in in the grooming salon are so sweet as well! Kyla has a very strong personality. The male manager has amazing customer service skills! They have great selections for treats and food as well!

One day I was in a long light up that reached like halfway down the store, and there was one teller, a young man I believe to be a manager, seen the lineup, and immediately added another cashier in the line. Quickly moved along, was very much appreciated. Also any place that you can go and pick up a brand new pet has got to be one of the best places in the world.

They cancelled my appointment for the second time in a row just one hour before the appointment. They called my “your dog” your dog and said he has behavioural issues. Simba has been going to them since he was a puppy and now he is eight they have never ever complained even once.The manager was yelling at me and didn’t allow me to talk one word.she was not listening to me at all. When I said so you now call my pet dog, she said yes he is just a “dog”Are these the humans who are supposed to love animals.I have a function and they always let me down.The previous manager was so nice, I’m so upset the way she yelled at me.

I had made arrangements for both of my canine companions to undergo a grooming session at PetSmart, only to be informed on the day of the appointment that the establishment had overbooked, resulting in the cancellation of our reservation. Despite my request to reschedule the appointment for a later date, I was informed that the facility could not accommodate both of my pets simultaneously, necessitating separate appointments, which was a considerable inconvenience.Unfortunately, on the day of the appointment, I was unable to take time off from work to accompany my dogs to the store, and my father had to take a day off from work to escort them. Upon arrival, my father was greeted by Kris, an employee known for her impoliteness and discriminatory attitudes towards customers. She had a history of giving preferential treatment to certain patrons while ignoring others, such as myself, who had waited outside the store without acknowledgment.During the appointment, my father noticed that our dog was playing with another dog, and he proceeded to pet the other dog while engaging in friendly conversation with the dog's owners. However, moments later, Kris approached him with a hostile demeanor and accused our dog of being aggressive, which was patently false.Subsequently, my father was asked to leave the store, despite the fact that he had taken a day off work and made the effort to bring our pets to the grooming session despite the store's earlier negligence.After learning about this incident, I visited the store after work to discuss the matter with the manager, Jeff. However, before I could even express my concerns, an employee rushed past me and accused me of intimidating the staff.When I finally met with Jeff, he immediately took the side of the employees without listening to my perspective. As a manager, his responsibility was to guide and lead his staff to provide better service to clients and to find solutions to any issues that arose. However, he failed to exhibit any of these leadership qualities and instead displayed unprofessional and defensive behavior.Jeff asserted that my dog was aggressive and unsafe, but he was not present during the incident. When questioned about his source of information, he claimed that the other customers had filed a formal complaint. However, he was unaware that our dogs had been playing and that the owners had been conversing.The treatment that my father, my dogs, and I received from PetSmart was unacceptable, and if we do not receive a formal apology from Kris and Jeff, we will be forced to pursue legal action.

We had an appointment with Chris on Friday April 28, 2023 and we very disappointed with the service we got.Someone should tell her to smile when she greets customers and listen to what the pet owners want their dogs grooming should look likeOur dog could sense her attitude and would not even go through the doorWe are taking him to another groomer who grooms my other two dogs, and she said she would have no problem grooming my dog.I will never recommend PetSmart for grooming if you have an employee like that who treats your clients like they don’t know anything about grooming when we have had dogs all our lives.So we took our puppy to Pretty Pets by Donne today and she had no problem grooming our 4.5 month old puppy. Everything that we wanted done was great and Chris outdoor not even listen to what we wanted.I would recommend Pretty Pets by Donna over Pet Smart anyday

I like this Petsmart, things are tidy, and brigth. My little one likes going to see the fish, and other small animals.Yesterday, I went in to return a few items. The return process was quite painless. And during the process the cashier handed some cash (looked like $20+) and a recipt to her manager. The cashier told the manager that one of customers left it behind. The manager responded that she would call the customer. That I thought was very honest of them!

did puppy obedience beginner class… I would never do this again… They make you think that you’re paying for a certified dog trainer when it’s just one of their clerks teaching. literally the same value as watching YouTube videos… actually YouTube videos are more valuable since the content is usually coming from actual dog trainers and not teenaged employees. do not waste your money on obedience classes here.

I usually buy my food here and once or twice a year utilize their grooming services. Their tolerance for being late to an appointment is ~15 minutes, anything over that expect to be bumped. They do a good job of keeping my dogs regular food stocked which is important to me.
