Wish I could’ve made it 0 stars. My partner and I rent a place from them with our 5 kids. They conveniently forgot to mention that the place is for sale. ( we found the listing and noticed the realtor lock box on the gas meter ). So now we are inconveniently put out every weekend so they can do showings. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

Can’t thank Sean and his team enough! They did a great job while using their services. Unfortunately we had a tenant that was not paying their rent and they helped us through the entire process.

These people are professional and caring. They take care of their owners very well and only charge when they rent the place out. No other hidden fees. Well organized and are excellent communicators.

I first met Scott Davidson while looking for a property manager and he was just so easy to deal with, as there was now time wasted we just worked out a deal. I since have worked with Jake Reimer and he has been managing several of my properties and has been respectfully to the tenants and myself. I don't hear from them much from the team at Select Property management, and thats ok, because no news is good news.) and thats what i pay for.... good management

I had Sean Sliman as my property manager for my unit. He has been a pleasure to work with and assisted with any requests without hesitation. In the future, I would definitely reach out to him if I choose to rent out my unit again.

As a home owner, I strongly recommend Select. They've been exceptional so far, and I have no complaints.

I had appointment showing and I was there 10 minutes earlier because they were messaging me to confirm just half an hour before and when I was was a guy waiting for showing and then he talk to them and he came back and told me that the showing is cancelled

My working relationship of over 9 years with the Select PM team has been professional. They go above and beyond to find solutions and work things out. I highly recommend this PM team. Thank you Jake R. & team.T. Paul

If you like having your money mysteriously disappear once it has entered this company's hands, whether you're a tenant or an owner, then this is the company for you. They also seem to have no issue breaking the law and will gladly attempt illegal rent increases and evictions until they've been educated on legal rights and/or contacted by a lawyer. I strongly advise against working with this company unless you're itching for more stress and legal trouble in your life.

The worst property management company I’ve dealt with in my 17 years of renting. I have 7 rental properties across Canada, and management companies are amazing. Select will not respond to maintenance requests (have screen shots to prove they just close them out for multiple units), they handed us a notice saying a company is coming in for insulation in the attic. Truth? I went up there. So did another unit. And he has photos of the BLACK boards. BLACK mold. We were never told. The only reason I found out is because they were scraping for 4 hours above my bedroom while I was sleeping to prepare for night shift. They’re constantly trying to get people out to increase rent, and have zero accountability. Also, they’re straight up stupid when it comes to tenancy laws. They have no issue just coming in and out, to a point I had to put cameras in my home. It was so bad, I just made a home purchase. Worst company EVER. I cannot express enough how poorly they manage and maintain their rentals. It’s disgusting.I’ll also add, I’ve lived here for 3 years and in that time, I have felt increasing ill. Other tenants beside me said their kids have been super sick. I think the mold had something to do with this, and I am having it investigated.This company are not people you want to rent from.
