They were out super fast and did a great job. The service tech I worked with was very nice. I am new to septic system ownership and he took the time to inspect the system at no extra charge while he was there doing some maintenance. I would highly recommend!

FirstI called them as my septic tank appeared to be full. The turnaround time was remarkable.. Then Roto-Rooter had to come out to clean out the line only to find out the line between the house and the septic tank had failed.Then I called dependable in a bit of a panic as I was not sure what it might be in for; I was giving a probable cause and a probable quote and a time for the actual dig into the ground uncover and see!My home was built in 1955 so it really is somewhat of a dice rollDependable came out and it was what they had diagnosed.Bang bang boom all fixed!Courteous on time professional no nonsense. It all started January 31st 2022. Blistering cold when the tank had to be emptied. Then we had a nice 40° day on the pipe was repaired.

Very nice and professional. Replaced our drain field and planted new grass. Did a great job.
