I found Dale on Kijiji after my 2009 IMac stopped working. He was very helpful and professional and his customer service is rare in the big repair places. I found his fees to be extremely reasonable. After replacing the hard drive another issue was discovered that would have put the cost above the worth of the computer. He absorbed the loss of his time and labour and didn’t charge me for the hard drive we ordered but kept it for stock. I’m confident that if a computer can be repaired or not his customers will be treated with fairness and empathy.

Nothing but great things to say about Dale and his Mac repair service! He was very professional while on the phone and in person and even had contracts for both himself and the client to sign (very legitimate!!). Even though the issue with my computer was not a timely concern, he was able to meet with me, fix my computer, and give a detailed explanation of the problem all within about 24 hours. That was about 3 weeks ago and the computer is still working great!!Overall, I would definitely suggest giving Dale a call to see what he can do for you about your Mac!

I was visiting Saint John for work and my Macbook Pro brick walled me in my hotel room, I'm fairly tech savvy but I couldn't fix it. Dale was able to restore my computer with all programs and files intact within a day. It was rough going but he got it done and I'm very gracious. WAY better service than the Apple Store! Can't recommend him enough!

My daughter had just returned to University, and not even a week in, her MacBook keyboard and mouse were unresponsive. As this had happened to her once before, and was repaired by Apple Care, she was frustrated and wanted to purchase a new machine for $1998 Plus tax. I called Dale, and dropped the MacBook off on a Tuesday morning, and he had it repaired by end of day same day. I was able to get it back to my daughter next day. Dale not only understood the urgency of the situation, but also saved us over $1800 from having to replace the machine. I can’t say enough how professional, fair and helpful Dale was with us. Dale is a consumate professional. He is the only local certified Apple tecnician in the area and he really knows his craft. He was very accommodating, and very professional, but his communication was on another level!!! Not only did he fix the issue with our MacBook, but he emailed a detailed description (in language I could understand) to us, AND had a conversation with me while I browsed through my MacBook, while showing me a few handy tips and tricks. If you own an Apple product, and you took it to anyone else, then I guarantee you have made a big mistake. Very affordable, very friendly, very professional. I Very Highly recommend Dale if you are in need of Mac repairs. I received excellent service at a very reasonable price. He was very quick to reply to any messages and he is honest and reliable. For me that means a lot. He brought my daughter's laptop back to life after a pop spill and managed to get it working just like new again. We were sure that it was toast and were hoping for at least a backup of the hard drive if possible but Dale went above and beyond and he managed to save us from having to buy a new laptop as she needs it for college. I highly recommend Dale and will certainly be contacting him if ever we need any more Mac Repairs... He has gained a lifelong customer with us!!

Great to meet an IT guy who knows iMacs, and Apple generally, the way Dale does. I was on a short turn around needing to know if my 2011 iMac was worth repairing or whether I needed to invest in a new one. Dale quickly did an analysis and even helped me find a perfect replacement and then he seamlessly got all my data transferred, all just in time so i could get back to important client work.
