The flooring quality is poor at the very best. He looked like he was having trouble parking let alone laying my floor, and to top things off he brought carpet to a hardwood install. Lastly he wore flip flops on the job site.I may recommend seeking another company

When u can't even make it passed the receptionist without getting attitude from her there's no point dealing any further!!. Now adding to my review: Ha ha 2 yrs later they respond to my review, they wonder why they can’t get over a one star rating

If I could rate lower than one star, I would have. He installed carpet into my bathroom and reeked of liquor throughout the entire process. When I asked him to switch the bathroom to tile like I had originally asked he said he would charge full price because I wasn't clear enough. In the spare bedroom the installed laminate flooring upside down. I would never reccomend this muppet to anyone, even my arch nemesis.

Darrell Klein has done all of our flooring in our house as well as tiling in our bathroom. His work is meticulous and attention to detail is evident. I would highly recommend them.

Very poor service. Darell Klein was a plug and his work quality is a joke. I would not recommend that mouth breather any where near your floor. All he is good for is licking windows and eating crayons. 0/10 never again will I give business to this muppet

Darrell was so quick to fit in our job, he and his workers did an excellent job. Darrell was very professional, and everything was done to perfection. We are very pleased with everything Darrell did and the flooring is quality flooring and looks amazing
