Had a great experience at Ralphs. Called late morning, they had time to see me at 1pm. Showed up and handed over the stereo I had purchased and the keys and came back to an installed unit an hour later (they uninstalled the old broken unit and redid the wiring). Will was very friendly and showed me how to use the new unit and some of the settings I might be keen on. Was super happy with how smooth everything went!

Brad and the team at Ralph’s offer amazing service and expertise. I loved the fact that Brad did everything he said he was going to do, and that he was very accessible through email for updated quotes, modifications to the original work order, and other incessant car owner questions. I am very happy with the final product and have posted before (not my work) and after photos to detail the results. I’ll be trying out the headlights tonight and am super happy that I’ll be able to see on the road again. If you want things done right and have a budget, this is the shop for you. Thanks Brad and team…I’ll be back for more mods!

Best customer service I have ever received. I went to get my rear camera installed and Jake helped me out with it. He was so experienced, knowledgeable and sincere. He took his time and did the best job I could have asked for. Really grateful for the service I have received

William was super helpful with picking out a new audio system for my 2009 Jeep Wrangler. The work done is fantastic and was completed so quickly. I got my appointment within a week of going into the store and the system itself was installed in just a few hours! Dropped it off at 9AM and got it back before noon. Very helpful staff. Will definitely be going back for any other car accessories I need.

Arrived to the store asking about dashcams and Jeremy was there to answer all my (dumb) questions. Discussed both the window and rear-view mirror mount types. Showed me the large installation bay some of the projects they were working on and how they do it all. Very nice touch showing me the transparency!He also gave me a tour of the stereos. An upgrade for my car is needed, just need to decide on how much to spend is my my problem!Jeremy was great and helpful with his recommendations based on my budget and compared them to the what I would get with next model higher.

I came here in March to have a stereo installed in my car. I had purchased the stereo online from a different store previously, but Ralph’s has a great selection available so I’d recommend buying direct from them.William helped me both over the phone and in store. He helped me connect my phone to the system, fixed all the settings, and even set the clock. He showed me how everything worked and had me test out the audio to make sure everything was running smoothly before I left.The stereo looks awesome, and I believe it was installed by Kyle (please correct me if I’m wrong). He integrated it so seamlessly, it looks like it was built in to the car to begin with. I don’t know what kind of sorcery he used, but even the cable for the stereo's microphone isn't visible and I cant figure out how he did it.Everybody at the store was so kind and helpful. They’re very knowledgeable with their work and will explain anything if you have questions. They provide many other services as well so please shop local and support this amazing team!

Great service from Ralph's radio ..I like to thank William & Kyle . They both gave us 5 star service .As soon as we walked into Ralphs Radio William was very welcoming . The help we got from William about the dash cam we purchased was outstanding .William explained how the dash cam worked & was very patient with us and made sure we understood everything. William also said if we need more help just to drop by and he will be there for us ..You can't get any better service then this !! Also The installation was done by Kyle . The way our car window was ,it need to be customized ..Kyle explained that he had to make a special plate to install the camera on the back window ..Thanks again ..i would definitely recommend you talk to William & Kyle at Ralph's Radio

The team at Ralph's are awesome. They did a great job of trouble shooting my vans issue and did the upgrades for me. Very friend and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very happy with Ralph's, in particular William. I purchased a Pioneer car stereo online (not from Ralph's) and had difficulty installing it myself into my 2007 Yaris. Ralph's installed it very nicely and William even spent some time making sure my phone was paired and giving me a quick rundown of the functions. I thought this was exceedingly good service considering I hadn't purchased the unit from Ralph's. In retrospect I should have just come to Ralph's to begin with.
